The main issue is that yes, you can charge up his skill a little bit faster, but the cooldown is still a big chunk of waiting around. So yes, this will be more effective in short battles: The first Elemental skill of the battle, or the first two if you use Sacrificial Fragments. But if it's a boss that takes longer to fight, it won't be a massive DPS increase.

Actually for stamina efficiency it is best to do his NA’s then charge attack after his triple kick. It’s not as fast but is a better Standard rotation
