True. I accomplished my main goals in life already and Im so excited and nervous what will come next. I always believed that everything is possible man you just need to do it and fight your way through till you reach your goals. There were times I would've never thought I would leave that many miles behind me. Its seriously crazy and even makes me even a bit sad that there are people who give up when hard times come. Almost 10 years brothas. 10 years of this beautiful world that everyone at Bungie has created for us. Yeah, the game itself has had major downs, but despite the Crucible bs and all the sweats, you could always come to a simple patrol area and just enjoy everything they’ve made. A universe of its own. A story. An experience, to the highest meaning of the word. Eyes up, Guardians. 3 years left still. Enjoy it.
The only part about reading this that makes me sad is that, because of vaulting, I'll never get to experience some of what got me into this game in the first place. Escalation on Mars, crawling through Titan's underbelly, and so many other moments in the stories, simply lost to the sands of time. And even with new stories coming out, seasonal content means that any story I missed is gone for me. I didn't get to play the game I payed for, and that just made me drop it. Anyway, I'm sorry for posting this on a six-month old comment un-prompted. It's quite late and this music makes me rather nostalgic, I wish you the best.

For those who dont know this song represents the transition from human to exo, it starts off slow with brass classical percussion instruments but then swells and fades and comes back with synthesizers and electronic instruments with the same melody and as the very bigginig, its very cool

When I die I want this song at my funeral.. when I get married I want this song played then.. when I do anything I want this song played.. In my opinion this is the best song to have ever come out of any game ever, it makes me cry and remember all the good memories I have of life and happy to see what life brings, this song really makes me think but at the same time I sit in silence while listening to this masterpiece, I want to thank the artists and musicians and bungie for putting this song into what is in my opinion the best raid in D2 and I might be mistaken but I’m pretty sure sometimes it’s played while in orbit. I’ll never forget doing this raid day one with the homies. We all got to this part and for one of the first times, ever, we all shut up. we quit laughing, we talking gabbing and we just listened. figured out the jumping puzzle completely muted and every run since then we do it all again. This track is sincerely one of the most beautiful tracks ever to me because of the memories tied to it. Magic Mike and Da Boyz for life.

I just fucking love Destiny 2’s overall music/ambient selection. I remember when Destiny 2 was just a scratch on the surface to gaming to now being one of the most played and bought game series’ of all time selectively. I know it has its quirks and everything but aside from any of those things it’s such a fantastic game.
Honestly the game made me meet all the friends I have online currently. The comment section makes me realize how many people really enjoy this game. This song has a "you've come to far" feel to it. Me and the boys doing raids at 3 AM was the best especially on holidays. I will never forget them or the memories and fun we had so much together. I hope they're doing good out there. This track is a masterpiece, I've always struggled with overwhelming thoughts and anxiety, but this song gives me a peace of mind that is unachievable normally. This track will stick with me until the end of my days. And to anyone reading this, I love you. You are all masterpieces.
I love that the song gives you piece of mind, especially in the context of what the song represents in the conversion of the human consciousness to an Exo body, when it crescendos and then gets eerily quiet in the middle and then explodes with sound that is similar to the beginning but has a bit of an electronic buzz to it, symbolizes the moment that the consciousness has left the human body, and the person wakes up as an exo.
This is the reason I keep coming back to destiny, its the memories with this game. As a D1 player, the first time I stepped foot in the Cosmodrome, it blew my tiny 6th grade mind. The friends i made along the way , the challenges we been through. no other game can capture that then Destiny. This song is more than just a breather, its an ode to our achievements as guardians, the memories we have made. It an ode for the times we pushed through crota, the joy of getting our first Gjallarhorn, the funny moments and goofs in our raids. Destiny isn't just a game, it is an experience. What a ride this game has been.. everytime I hear this song my emotions take a roller coaster. I'm so happy to have been apart of this game and its community. Wouldn't trade this in the world for anything.
The entire franchise has been a rollercoaster. Ive been talking alot of shit saying the game fucking sucks and I'm gonna drop it and strictly play halo, get pissed off after dealing with too many dumb teammates in that for too long, and then come back. No matter how much shit I say about the game, I love it too much to just quit. All games made by bungie, except for halo reach because fuck that atrocity, will stay with me forever.

I already remember running DSC with my Raid and friend crew for the first time....they told me to deafen myself in Discord, crank the music, and listen. Listen....listen to the chords...those fundamental rings of the soul... This brought me to tears...a reminiscent feeling of loss...growth....triumph...sorrow...grief...but the willingness to keep fighting every day in the time of great struggle and sorrow across the world. A time for reflection on how far we've come as friends and a fireteam...how far humanity truly has come....how we've struggled...how we've overcome. How the world, so encumbered in a flame of hatred has become so lost in itself. How Beyond Light, so embodied by the idea of succumbing to Darkness, has only brought me closer to the light. The wits of my friends, my fireteam: how we've endured so much pain. So much struggle in life so far....and have the graciousness to breathe life each and every day we strive to grow and transcend our past selves; to become an encompassing individual of hope to an array of strangers. How I have suffered long in the dark...the foul odor of my happenings and my self-inflicted hatred, no more. Be drenched in the light my friends, be blessed by the life you have. This song makes me realize how big of an impact destiny has had on my life, I joined a clan last year of the best guys I have ever met, I got my first raid clear with them after playing casually for around 8 or 9 years, I play with them all the time, they are probably the nicest people I’ve met, it’s devastating that all this will be gone in just a couple of years, I just don’t want this to end, I can’t wait to see where bungie will take the next few years. This song creates so many conflicting emotions, you feel nostalgia from the D1 days of flying across a bridge to slap crota in the face for the 20th time but it also creates a feeling of sorrow. A reminder that nothing is permanent and all we can do is make great memories playing an amazing game with amazing people so that one day we can look back on this song and this raid and remember the sacrifices made for this song, the pandemic that swept the world and rough start that this game had. To all the guardians that have stayed with destiny from the beginning, through thick and thin, through content drought and questionable decisions, thank you for making such an amazing community and I dread the time that destiny 2 will come to an end. the first time i did this raid and we got to this part my friend told everyone to mute their mics and enjoy. the surreal experience is undeniably one of the best I have gotten in any game. it makes you feel like heroes of the new age. Rise up Guardians! Push back the darkness!
I've mentioned it countless times, but doing this day 1 was honestly the height of my time in this game. Beyond Light as an expansion, even two years later, is very close to me, coming out during a time of many changes and hardships, not just for me but for the world and others I know. Deep Stone Lullaby encompasses all of those feelings. I feel the beauty that lies in the infinite darkness of space, and our place here as the smallest pinprick of light that pierces it. What will our legacy be, when our time comes? Clovis is so maddeningly obsessed with his, and it must be fitting that the raid that takes place within his greatest achievement is something I will never forget.
While I haven't been in this community as long as some other people (around 4 years) it has really reminded me why I got into gaming in the first place, to escape, to be sucked into this world and meet these characters, build connections with people new and old, some of my best memories are at 3am sitting at the tower listening to this song and hanging out with fellow guardians. It brings me peace, knowing that i will always have this community, and its sad to see that its coming to and end, but we have to remember all of the memories we have, don't let the end of this take away from the amazing times we have had, day 1 raids, solo dungeons, dancing at the tower, and many more. The game does have its flaws, yes but it is still incredible and has provided an escape for so many people, no matter where this story takes us, I will be right there with it. Eyes Up Guardian

Bungie, since Destiny 1 your game despite its issues here and there, is honestly the most amazing game I have ever played. I give massive props to the destiny game designers and composers to create such beautiful pieces. Ranging from D1s intro, D2 fist campaign where hope was almost lost, forsaken campaign intro, to 2021, Deep stone crypt orbit soundtrack. Such masterpieces and it reminiscing the past and how far we come. Touching, deep, and a bit bittersweet since Destiny had a quite adventure coming this far.

I Waited for you even though you never showed, while all our friends, and coworkers, watched me wait. We talked everyday from when we woke up to when we went to sleep…. And suddenly you threw me aside as if I never mattered….. why? All I wanted in my life was to be by your side, you were the only person who could get past the walls I’ve put up my whole 23 years of life, simply with a smile and laughing with me. I may never know why you made your decision, Liam, maybe it’s because she showed up and started working with us….. if it’s any constellation she’s tortured me for 4 months now, and ruined so much of my life… I wasn’t even ever her friend nor did anything to her…. Man I started this game when I think I was about 9-10 now I’m a month and half away from being 18, this game has been in my life for so long I remember begging my mum for it, I didn’t have a raid team or anything, I was always playing by myself even now, apart from an odd LFG every now and again, but my favourite part of this entire game is the music, the way it hits me in the chest on every key stroke or strum of guitar strings or the blaring horns, it makes me feel completely surrounded in happiness, even though I tear up sometimes, especially with this masterpiece, the end of this game will be a glorious one, until then, it’s good to in such a great community, till the end guardians, may we meet again, goodnight it’s been a helluva journey

I started during Lightfall. I don't know everything about the game or the story or the significance of specifically this music but i do know that as a new Titan main, as Destiny 2 comes to a close with The Final Shape, I've learned a lot. A lot from Zavala, from Shaxx, from my in-game hero Saint-14, from Banshee, from Drifter (Yes, even Drift) and even from the legacy of Cayde-6 who i never got to meet and I don't know if I will. The music is from a jumping puzzle in a a raid called Deep Stone Crypt. People just love it cos it's beautiful and shows how good bungie can be. I've only ever done one clear of DSC but god it great. I need to do more to get the loot, which I'm not complaining about, I love the lore and this music.

The peace I felt when beyond light came out. The many nights I spent staring at saturn relaxing on its beautiful moon europa. I wish I could experience that again.
the first time I exited those doors I just stopped in awe. this, this was the moment I fell in love with destiny again. I have never had a raid team talk over this part. right when we exit those doors it’s silence. god what i would give to relive that first moment again.
I've only just started playing Destiny 2, but my brother has been playing for years. I love listening to him talk about it because you can tell how much he loves it. Over the past year, I started watching more things on it. When Beyond Light came out, I was ecstatic. I watched streamers play (including my ex and some of his friends cause we're chill), it was fascinating. I watched them do Deep Stone Crypt day 1 and it was insane. Sadly I couldn't finish watching cause I had to sleep, but I remember hearing about it the next morning. Hours of Atraks-1, through blood, sweat, and tears, only to get to the parkour and hear this masterpiece; it was a sudden flush of calm and solace after legitimate hell. It invokes a feeling of rebirth and renewal as you exit the birthplace of all Exos. Fitting, is it not? To this day, I go back to this song. And while I myself haven't experienced what this game is to its fullest yet, I know that feeling of accomplishment and pride after all of that work. This song, while absolutely gorgeous, is a reminder that it gets better. I will never tire of it. Stay safe Guardians, and rest easy. This is YOUR lullaby.

To me, this song is the perfect moment in what makes Destiny the way it is. An experience, a journey, an adventure, a mystery. But most importantly... an experience... I will never touch away from this game again as i did a year ago, this game has found my voice, my home within the Destiny community. Thank you Bungie!
swear to god when destiny ends in 2026 imma listen to this and cry bc by then this game will have taken up ten years of my life and i liked every last moment of it. d1, vog, wrath, kings fall were all huge amazing raids and all campaigns have changed so dramatically. (in a good way)
Takes me back to my first raid back in D1.... The Vault of Glass, I played it years after release until a couple people I met said it wasnt right that a guardian should miss out on such an experience like a raid.... they took the time and walked me through it until we beat Atheon, who is still my favorite boss. Afterwards we banded together with some seasoned guardians and fought the Taken King Oryx in the Kings Fall raid.... to this day the hardest boss I've ever fought in a game. After that the original two guardians I had met had a falling out and wouldn't talk to each other again.... But those memories remain.... I've had the wonderful privelidge to do one more raid since D1 and it was the World Eater... a cool raid in every aspect but a bit easier than I had expected.... I would love the chance to try the Crypt, even spent a long time until the raid launched grinding, hoping I could be found worthy for a day one team, but alas it was not to be. In short this song is great to reflect on all the challenges and fun we guardians, especially vets, have had the opportunity to be a part of. Miss the old days, a lot.

Just me defeating calus for the first time... still just me defeating taniks for the first time 😔 Champagne without the cham... hope theyre doing well out there.
I gamed with the same crew since 2006, but we never did anymore raids after beating Calus. They all moved on to other things while I stick around waiting for the day they return someday.
Felt this so heavily, I had the same exact 6 man team for every single raid, from Atheon all the way to Riven, we’ve done just about everything there is to do between both games, from raids to flawless lighthouse visits between us all. Now it’s only 3 of us left, to which we barely raid anymore, to my 3 missing fireteam members, I hope y’all see this someday: Thanks for all the incredible memories, for the late night raids, to all the times someone got Gjallarhorn and we all freaked out. We all lead and live separate lives, and hopefully someday, all of ours can cross again
I complain about destiny a lot. It is hard to remember good times when in the presence of bad. But when I hear this song I'm filled with all the laughter and struggle I had playing this game. All the late nights with my brothing sitting and talking in orbit or doing raids together (something he got me into). I genuinely love this game. Sure it has its flaws but I fell in love with the story. And I am glad I can remember why I still play.
As a player of WoW since 2007 I'd stopped WoW because of addiction and the fact that the game isn't for me anymore, and now I've started to play to Destiny 2 and I'm grateful to play such a beautiful free game for now. Also, graphics and soundtracks are on point, players are also very nice. Have a good sleep, players of Destiny 2 !

I remember the day I completed this raid for the first time, I had never completed a full raid start to finish and I had found an LFG that wanted to do a blind run just to chill for a while, so I join it not knowing what a run I would have, it started at abt 7:45 pm and we got to the 3rd encounter at about 10:00, and we were stuck so we got someone that knew the raid and he was really chill and patient. The atraks encounter took abt 2 and a half hours to complete but we made it through. At about 1:45 am, we made it to taniks. And this was the most fun I have ever had doing a raid. We went at it until about 5:30am and we finally did it. I was so happy and proud of my team. If you guys are still out there and see this, just know that you helped me make a memory, and this song brings me back to this memory every time I hear it :)
This song makes me think of a good friend of mine who I used to play Destiny with; over the years, we have fallen apart since I moved away. This was always his favorite expansion and song from the game. Yeah, the game itself has had major downs, but despite the Crucible bs and all the sweats, you could always come to a simple patrol area and just enjoy everything they’ve made. A universe of its own. The only part about reading this that makes me sad is that, because of vaulting, I'll never get to experience some of what got me into this game in the first place. Escalation on Mars, crawling through Titan's underbelly, and so many other moments in the stories, simply lost to the sands of time. And even with new stories coming out, seasonal content means that any story I missed is gone for me. I didn't get to play the game I payed for, and that just made me drop it. Anyway, I'm sorry for posting this on a six-month old comment un-prompted. It's quite late and this music makes me rather nostalgic, I wish you the best.

For those who dont know this song represents the transition from human to exo, it starts off slow with brass classical percussion instruments but then swells and fades and comes back with synthesizers and electronic instruments with the same melody and as the very bigginig, its very cool

When I die I want this song at my funeral.. when I get married I want this song played then.. when I do anything I want this song played.. In my opinion this is the best song to have ever come out of any game ever, it makes me cry and remember all the good memories I have of life and happy to see what life brings, this song really makes me think but at the same time I sit in silence while listening to this masterpiece, I want to thank the artists and musicians and bungie for putting this song into what is in my opinion the best raid in D2 and I might be mistaken but I’m pretty sure sometimes it’s played while in orbit. We all got to this part and for one of the first times, ever, we all shut up. we quit laughing, we talking gabbing and we just listened. figured out the jumping puzzle completely muted and every run since then we do it all again. I.. almost cried reading that. I've been fighting the enemies of the vanguard for so long. When I was first resurrected, I had no idea I'd take on the Vault of Glass, then kill Crota, slay kells, stop Gods in their tracks... My Ghost and I have been through so much together, I think he'd want me to rest every now and again.

I just fucking love Destiny 2’s overall music/ambient selection. I remember when Destiny 2 was just a scratch on the surface to gaming to now being one of the most played and bought game series’ of all time selectively. I know it has its quirks and everything but aside from any of those things it’s such a fantastic game.
Honestly the game made me meet all the friends I have online currently. The comment section makes me realize how many people really enjoy this game. This song has a "you've come to far" feel to it. Me and the boys doing raids at 3 AM was the best especially on holidays. I will never forget them or the memories and fun we had so much together. I hope they're doing good out there. I love that the song gives you piece of mind, especially in the context of what the song represents in the conversion of the human consciousness to an Exo body, when it crescendos and then gets eerily quiet in the middle and then explodes with sound that is similar to the beginning but has a bit of an electronic buzz to it, symbolizes the moment that the consciousness has left the human body, and the person wakes up as an exo.

This is the reason I keep coming back to destiny, its the memories with this game. As a D1 player, the first time I stepped foot in the Cosmodrome, it blew my tiny 6th grade mind. The friends i made along the way , the challenges we been through. no other game can capture that then Destiny. This song is more than just a breather, its an ode to our achievements as guardians, the memories we have made. It an ode for the times we pushed through crota, the joy of getting our first Gjallarhorn, the funny moments and goofs in our raids. Destiny isn't just a game, it is an experience. What a ride this game has been.. everytime I hear this song my emotions take a roller coaster. I'm so happy to have been apart of this game and its community. Wouldn't trade this in the world for anything.
The entire franchise has been a rollercoaster. Ive been talking alot of shit saying the game fucking sucks and I'm gonna drop it and strictly play halo, get pissed off after dealing with too many dumb teammates in that for too long, and then come back. No matter how much shit I say about the game, I love it too much to just quit. All games made by bungie, except for halo reach because fuck that atrocity, will stay with me forever.

I already remember running DSC with my Raid and friend crew for the first time....they told me to deafen myself in Discord, crank the music, and listen.

Friend, I swear that as long as I draw breath, the Light will never dim, never fade, never go out. By all that I hold dear on this good Earth, I will stand and I will fight for the Light, for the Traveller, for the City and its people.

This song makes me realize how big of an impact destiny has had on my life, I joined a clan last year of the best guys I have ever met, I got my first raid clear with them after playing casually for around 8 or 9 years, I play with them all the time, they are probably the nicest people I’ve met, it’s devastating that all this will be gone in just a couple of years, I just don’t want this to end, I can’t wait to see where bungie will take the next few years.

This song creates so many conflicting emotions, you feel nostalgia from the D1 days of flying across a bridge to slap crota in the face for the 20th time but it also creates a feeling of sorrow. A reminder that nothing is permanent and all we can do is make great memories playing an amazing game with amazing people so that one day we can look back on this song and this raid and remember the sacrifices made for this song, the pandemic that swept the world and rough start that this game had. To all the guardians that have stayed with destiny from the beginning, through thick and thin, through content drought and questionable decisions, thank you for making such an amazing community and I dread the time that destiny 2 will come to an end. The time that D2 will make way for destiny 3 but I also can’t wait to see where the story takes us and where we shall visit next, who we will meet next. It really makes me think about how far we've come from the start to now so many memories so many friendships forged and I'm still a lonely solo warlock
this is actually good to sleep to. it’s relaxing at the start, then it starts sounding like a movie.. but still great to sleep to. i loved this raid.
the first time i did this raid and we got to this part my friend told everyone to mute their mics and enjoy. the surreal experience is undeniably one of the best I have gotten in any game. it makes you feel like heroes of the new age. Rise up Guardians! Push back the darkness!

I’ll never forget doing this part for the first time. I got so overwhelmed with emotion. Top ten gaming moment I’ve ever experienced.
I've mentioned it countless times, but doing this day 1 was honestly the height of my time in this game. Beyond Light as an expansion, even two years later, is very close to me, coming out during a time of many changes and hardships, not just for me but for the world and others I know.
Deep Stone Lullaby encompasses all of those feelings. I feel the beauty that lies in the infinite darkness of space, and our place here as the smallest pinprick of light that pierces it. What will our legacy be, when our time comes?
Clovis is so maddeningly obsessed with his, and it must be fitting that the raid that takes place within his greatest achievement is something I will never forget.

While I haven't been in this community as long as some other people (around 4 years) it has really reminded me why I got into gaming in the first place, to escape, to be sucked into this world and meet these characters, build connections with people new and old, some of my best memories are at 3am sitting at the tower listening to this song and hanging out with fellow guardians. It brings me peace, knowing that i will always have this community, and its sad to see that its coming to and end, but we have to remember all of the memories we have, don't let the end of this take away from the amazing times we have had, day 1 raids, solo dungeons, dancing at the tower, and many more. The game does have its flaws, yes but it is still incredible and has provided an escape for so many people, no matter where this story takes us, I will be right there with it.

Bungie, since Destiny 1 your game despite its issues here and there, is honestly the most amazing game I have ever played. Destiny 1 told us on the back of my neon green xbox 360 case "BECOME LEGEND" Look how far we've come. Stay safe, guardians.
I listen to this every single day for about 4 hours, while I study and work on my portfolio. Only listened to it right the way through a few times. Keeps me locked in and focused!
I give massive props to the destiny game designers and composers to create such beautiful pieces. Ranging from D1s intro, D2 fist campaign where hope was almost lost, forsaken campaign intro, to 2021, Deep stone crypt orbit soundtrack. Such masterpieces and it reminiscing the past and how far we come. Touching, deep, and a bit bittersweet since Destiny had a quite adventure coming this far.
I will never forget the first time i played destiny. It was a ride of a lifetime.

Man I started this game when I think I was about 9-10 now I’m a month and half away from being 18, this game has been in my life for so long I remember begging my mum for it, I didn’t have a raid team or anything, I was always playing by myself even now, apart from an odd LFG every now and again, but my favourite part of this entire game is the music, the way it hits me in the chest on every key stroke or strum of guitar strings or the blaring horns, it makes me feel completely surrounded in happiness, even though I tear up sometimes, especially with this masterpiece, the end of this game will be a glorious one, until then, it’s good to in such a great community, till the end

I started during Lightfall. I don't know everything about the game or the story or the significance of specifically this music but i do know that as a new Titan main, as Destiny 2 comes to a close with The Final Shape, I've learned a lot. A lot from Zavala, from Shaxx, from my in-game hero Saint-14, from Banshee, from Drifter (Yes, even Drift) and even from the legacy of Cayde-6 who i never got to meet and I don't know if I will. Thank you to all Guardians who have helped the young Titan Spitfizzle, that's my in-game name. Thank you Bungie for letting me rain down Fire in Gambit. Eyes up Guardians. I cast Burning Maul!
The music is from a jumping puzzle in a a raid called Deep Stone Crypt. People just love it cos it's beautiful and shows how good bungie can be. I've only ever done one clear of DSC but god it great. I need to do more to get the loot, which I'm not complaining about, I love the lore and this music.

Sitting in the dark in my room… it just hit me how long I’ve been in this franchise. How many things have changed since I began it. I’m crying. And that’s ok.
The peace I felt when beyond light came out. The many nights I spent staring at saturn relaxing on its beautiful moon europa. I wish I could experience that again.
the first time I exited those doors I just stopped in awe. this, this was the moment I fell in love with destiny again. I have never had a raid team talk over this part. right when we exit those doors it’s silence. god what i would give to relive that first moment again.
I've only just started playing Destiny 2, but my brother has been playing for years. I love listening to him talk about it because you can tell how much he loves it.
Over the past year, I started watching more things on it. When Beyond Light came out, I was ecstatic. I watched streamers play (including my ex and some of his friends cause we're chill), it was fascinating. I watched them do Deep Stone Crypt day 1 and it was insane. Sadly I couldn't finish watching cause I had to sleep, but I remember hearing about it the next morning. Hours of Atraks-1, through blood, sweat, and tears, only to get to the parkour and hear this masterpiece; it was a sudden flush of calm and solace after legitimate hell. It invokes a feeling of rebirth and renewal as you exit the birthplace of all Exos. Fitting, is it not?
To this day, I go back to this song. And while I myself haven't experienced what this game is to its fullest yet, I know that feeling of accomplishment and pride after all of that work. This song, while absolutely gorgeous, is a reminder that it gets better. I will never tire of it. Stay safe Guardians, and rest easy. This is YOUR lullaby.

To me, this song is the perfect moment in what makes Destiny the way it is. An experience, a journey, an adventure, a mystery. But most importantly... an experience...
I will never touch away from this game again as i did a year ago, this game has found my voice, my home within the Destiny community.

This song marked a beginning in my life, pieces of me died and I was resurrected anew. We are not so different guardians
Takes me back to my first raid back in D1.... The Vault of Glass, I played it years after release until a couple people I met said it wasnt right that a guardian should miss out on such an experience like a raid.... they took the time and walked me through it until we beat Atheon, who is still my favorite boss. Afterwards we banded together with some seasoned guardians and fought the Taken King Oryx in the Kings Fall raid.... to this day the hardest boss I've ever fought in a game. After that the original two guardians I had met had a falling out and wouldn't talk to each other again.... But those memories remain.... I've had the wonderful privelidge to do one more raid since D1 and it was the World Eater... a cool raid in every aspect but a bit easier than I had expected.... I would love the chance to try the Crypt, even spent a long time until the raid launched grinding, hoping I could be found worthy for a day one team, but alas it was not to be. In short this song is great to reflect on all the challenges and fun we guardians, especially vets, have had the opportunity to be a part of. Miss the old days, a lot.

I gamed with the same crew since 2006, but we never did anymore raids after beating Calus. They all moved on to other things while I stick around waiting for the day they return someday.

Felt this so heavily, I had the same exact 6 man team for every single raid, from Atheon all the way to Riven, we’ve done just about everything there is to do between both games, from raids to flawless lighthouse visits between us all.
Now it’s only 3 of us left, to which we barely raid anymore, to my 3 missing fireteam members, I hope y’all see this someday:

I complain about destiny a lot. It is hard to remember good times when in the presence of bad. But when I hear this song I'm filled with all the laughter and struggle I had playing this game. All the late nights with my brothing sitting and talking in orbit or doing raids together (something he got me into). I genuinely love this game. Sure it has its flaws but I fell in love with the story. And I am glad I can remember why I still play.
As a player of WoW since 2007 I'd stopped WoW because of addiction and the fact that the game isn't for me anymore, and now I've started to play to Destiny 2 and I'm grateful to play such a beautiful free game for now. Also, graphics and soundtracks are on point, players are also very nice.

I remember the day I completed this raid for the first time, I had never completed a full raid start to finish and I had found an LFG that wanted to do a blind run just to chill for a while, so I join it not knowing what a run I would have, it started at abt 7:45 pm and we got to the 3rd encounter at about 10:00, and we were stuck so we got someone that knew the raid and he was really chill and patient. The atraks encounter took abt 2 and a half hours to complete but we made it through. At about 1:45 am, we made it to taniks. And this was the most fun I have ever had doing a raid. We went at it until about 5:30am and we finally did it. I was so happy and proud of my team.
If you guys are still out there and see this, just know that you helped me make a memory, and this song brings me back to this memory every time I hear it :)
This song makes me think of a good friend of mine who I used to play Destiny with; over the years, we have fallen apart since I moved away. This was always his favorite expansion and song from the game. Whenever I do this jumping puzzle, I *always* make sure to grab the 4th exo stranger log near the end. I just feels right to hear her speak something that's very emotional to her at the end of the song
