This is what the UCS Sail Barge should’ve been for that price. I know they released the Skiff set by itself, but it wouldn’t have hurt to include one, especially since there are multiple Skiff’s in the scene
6210 is definitely my favourite build of the sail barge, and my favourite overall original trilogy set. The minifigures, the overall build, I love it. Great review!

Great video, camera shots and your review. I also opened it from sealed bags, but in 2018. It's an awesome adventure to go back in time and open everything just like in 2006. And, as you said, it's awesome that we have whole sarlacc pit battle scene, thanks to this set.
Comparing this to the newer versions (both the one from the 2013 and the UCS version), it is amazing how much bang for your buck you got. Even corrected for inflation.
You'll definitely want to iron that canopy. As far as the bent/dented railing, you can boil water, and then pour it into a bowl, then put the piece inside. It will cause the plastic to soften and take its regularly intended shape without warping. Run it under cold water to make it hold. Hope that helps, so glad none of the brown pieces were problematic!
I love how everyone was bitching about how in the UCS sail barge Leia was referred to as “Princess Leia” yet is called the same thing in this set from 18 years ago.
@@ob-1studiosfigure is great, aside from legs. For whatever reason they put in the effort to dual mold them specifically so her outfit would be more “appropriate”. As show in the figure in this set, Leia’s red cover up thing on her legs don’t go all the way around, so this detail is wrong on the new figure. I doubt it was actually Lego’s decision however, as Disney probably forced them to censor it. Weird, especially considering the set is marketed towards adult fans, and something tells me most kids don’t have, nor can convince their parents to spend £400+ on a Lego Set.

@@ob-1studios I lost Luke within only a few weeks/months of owning the set. He was my favourite minifigure, and I had a real bad habit of taking him absolutely everywhere. I'm convinced he was lost at school...
Maybe one day you can try and rebuild it, I did with some of my childhood sets and it was a pain but with a tv show on I just slowly worked on multiple ones and eventually got a few completed!

The alt builds are actually kinda sick. I like the idea of a more opened up Jabba’s palace

For the sail use a flatiron and put some white thin clothes between the sail and the flatiron. Everything should be straight in the end.

70€ for a sail barge with a desert skiff and sarlacc included is crazy. Todays sail barge has less for like 500€
