Honestly had no Idea Colorado has sand dunes and I've visited multiple times. I always associate sand dunes with oceans and very dry deserts. I googled it and it's a weird anomaly because of erosion and windflow through mountain passes all converging in one spot in a flood plain. I kind of want to go visit it now.

I had never heard so many kids talk about Komodo dragons until I started watching Recess Therapy. They must be teaching this in school like they taught us about dinosaurs and ancient Egypt when I was young.
