I love this. Bet you were sat there with a massive grin on your face when you first mapped that lfo!!!!

Man, this is so simple this is what makes it so great! This is what I like with this DAW. As soon as you get out of the frame and just don't try to replicate what you could do with another DAW, this is when you get great out of Bitwig.
I'm just so excited to try this tip by myself!!

Cheers Danny, I tried this out with L.LFO v3.2(Max Plug) in Live with a Simpler and it works a treat. Inspirational !

YEh.. it does work well in Live too.. you also see the 'distance' of the sample start modulation in the waveform display..

Thats some serious stuff you've got there, Danny. Massive respect for sharing!
I tried to do the same with ableton and it works like a charm.
Combine this with randomized midi triggers for sample start and the sky is the limit

Can you map start and end points "flags" function to a controller? Would love to try this without having to use a mouse to change loop start and end positions on samples!! Does ZOOM IN /OUT LEFT, RIGHT have shortcut keys in SAMPLER?

this can be done in ableton as well. kinda different but u can map same start to an lfo and then choose random lfo waveform.

Could this be done with LFO tool if you don't have bitwig?

Not sure.. if it can map to any parameter in your DAW it should work..

    Neato!
Imagine, Todd Edwards probably did have to sit there for hours finding pieces from the stems he had to make those cool vibes, he's probably cursing how quickly this can be done now LOL
