It's not that easy folks. AS you sit on the mower there is a idler pulley on the right side you need to remove the long bolt with a nut on to and a bolt on the bottom. You have to remove this on 61 inch deck as the manual says nothing about it. IT took me 2 hours of trying then I remove the pulley and in 5 minutes installed on one side of the belt and it went on it no time. The manual is wrong not pointing this out. Another problem is getting the spring back on cause you have to remove it to get the belt tension spring on. I had a small chain and use a racket strap and hooked the spring back on the s spring hock. Once I got it on there I had 1 chain link stuck so I just used a chain cutter and cut the one liked off. So I lost 1 link. Well work it cause it is a real pain to get that spring on an by yourself and I even have a 14 inch spring install tool and one person cannot pull it by yourself unless you are extra strong or you have another person with you. That spring looks small but is very stiff. I tried all sorts of stuff un till i came up with the cain and racket strap trick.
