I've never actually gotten a chance to play this game. Every time I went to an arcade it was either out of order, or I wasted my tokens because the controller wouldn't work.

FUN FACT: I played this for my birthday one year, and defeated the final boss! That achievement will forever live in my mind forever.

Doubt it, since it’s a light gun game you’d need to have better precision than the Wiimote.

I remember playing this game at Dave n Busters. I think I only ever got past Gloomy Manor because the rest was too hard. And yeah, it’s supposed to be that way since it’s an arcade game.

this was most likely just run on an arcade emulator. I have it on my laptop too, but my laptop isn't strong enough to give decent fps 😔

I’ve played this at my local Chuck E Cheese where I used to work! I would often stop by to give tips to people playing the game, especially if they’re at the final boss. My big tip I give people when playing the final boss is that when the screen is filled with the spike balls, use one of your strobombs! It takes them all out at once!
Also, when playing this game single player, I don’t just focus on one enemy at a time. If there’s multiple ghosts that I have to fight, and I notice that I’m about to get hit, I abandon what I’m doing in order to flash that ghost that was about to hit me so that I don’t get hit and try getting HIM with the vacuum. I rinse and repeat until all of the ghosts are gone. It’s tedious and time-consuming, but I’d rather do that than use up all of my credits on one game.

For once, I want to see someone try to defeat King Boo in this game without taking any damage at all. But start and end his battle at full health. I was actually able to achieve this a few times.

I played this before, and what bothers me is the font they use from the bishibashi Arcade, which konami made it, not capcom, where you have three buttons and a finisher button.
And capcom should've made street fighter or megaman for crying out loud.
But otherwise, this game is not bad! It is worth fir a while, just confusing...

this isnt really 100% though, cus you didnt get max rank on all the levels or go back and do the other path in the first area. (i know you cant right away, but ya coulda reset and done it later.)

You guys are aware that this arcade machine is not new right? It came out in 2015. I think that he is just posting on it because some people are excited for the remake. (But just word of advice if you liked Luigi’s Mansion 1 or 3, the reason the fan base doesn’t like Dark Moon or Luigi’s Mansion 2 is that other then the not good camera, it is mission based and removes the freedom of exploration that the other two games had which is why this arcade machine is based on the second game as it can follow a similar mission based structure.)
