if both legs of a inductor are grounded..does that mean the inductor is bad? ...also nearby capacitor has no ground on both ends! please help as Asus Motherboard lights up but does not boot ! Thank you for your very clear teaching!
I have few questions. What are the voltages for north bridge and for video card? Are the voltages for SIO and for video card measured after "turn on" button is pressed or before that?
