    So far not much wasp action on my property. I checked around my house in all locations where they had built in the past. I did find the 2" empty envelope of probably a bald face hornet nest on the ground, torn apart by birds. It must have been in a tree bordering my land as nothing was on my house. I look forward to seeing the nests in your video grow!

      Hi b. Thanks for your comment. Interesting that your property has no wasps yet. Wondering if it is related to depopulation of insects in general, or if it is simply a bit too cold so far this year for wasps to appear in your area.

      @@greenwaspremoval They are likely nesting on my neighbor's houses or sheds as we have been having decent weather lately. There are definitely less night insects than years ago. I think the fact I use LED lights outside now is the reason. I used to need yellow bug lights to keep moths away but found they don't seem to like the LEDs.

      Let's hope your missing night insects are still around the general area somewhere. Many areas are experiencing a rapid decline in insects of all species. This is due to climate change, pesticides, habitat loss/destruction, etc.
