- Hello and welcome back to another OMSI 2, Addon London video!
Today we're taking a cruise down the route 68, a Go Ahead London route which runs between West Norwood/Norwood Bus Garage and Aldwich. We're using the Volvo B5LH MCV EvoSeti today as it has been known to work this route. We're driving in the "London Red" as opposed to the Go Ahead grey skirt we drove last time, because it just looks more natural, and I couldn't for love nor money find any pictures of an EvoSeti in the Grey Skirt livery.
This is a rerecording! As I have already uploaded this video and had to delete it because I was bombarded by lag! AAARRRGGGHHH!
Anyway that was pretty much fixed in this episode and you'll note it's a much smoother drive than usual! I think i've found our optimum settings after 6 days of non stop trying!

Happy Birthday Joe! Your videos pushed me the last little bit to purchase Add On London and I can Defiantly say it’s worth it. Just finished my first trip on the 201 had a few issues outside Oxford Circus about to do a 3. I didn’t change any of my settings other then reducing the AI Traffic and it runs lovely! Great video buddy

@@JoeDobsongaming The E200 is my favourite lol. Not far behind is the C400. I do wish they put a IBUS Display screen in that vehicle though as I can’t seem to find one in the cab. I’m not completely sure about what stats you have on your computer but I noticed a real difference after downloading the patch and reducing the AI buses to 35 and priority 2/3. Was getting close to 30+FPS just in Brixton
The patch itself is from Fellowsfilm. 4GB Patch
I have reduced the priority on the lines so I don’t see the trains anymore but don’t want to lose any of the ai buses 😂

The South London dlc looks so good, I used to drive route X26 in South London and we did used to go different ways depending on traffic.
Up north we have a bus that does that between Leeds and York, they branded it as this amazing thing that’s never been done before haha

The grey skirt was used on the enviro 400 but some buses still use it like 180, 118 and 432 but kinda rare to see it on a 432
Hey joe, quick question I can’t get the evoceti to start up . I press e and it starts the electric and then when I press m twice as I do with the rest of the buses it just doesn’t start - any advice
Ooh that’s a difficult one... eerrrrrrmmmmm... have you definitely checked it’s in neutral? And has the fella gone “fire system pressure okay” when clicking electrics?
@@JoeDobsongaming yeahhh we get the cheeky fire system pressure okay then something clicks about , I haven’t tried neutral and I’m definitely gonna try that !!
Joe what settings do you use to lower your lag etc as having trouble getting it to run fairly smoothly
