Is Lead Lowering Tabor Players IQ?

I caught ImStien drinking gas, and Bergy begging for armor trying to trade TP. Is there too much lead on the island? Is it left over radiation? What is driving players to these bizarre behaviors?
Past the jokes these guys are like running around with the Merchants of Death. Not only are they dealing out general mayhem and lead at 2500fpm, they keep the raids entertaining with some tomfoolery.
