Yes, the problem is when we grew as Muslims we do not appreciate this Niima, and do not evaluate it correctly, playing with Akida, and believing, we need to work on our self's it's not easy as it appears. Salam Alaykum

      @@hammoudihoussam58 Narrated Abu Said:
The Prophet said, "You will follow the wrong ways, of your predecessors so completely and literally that if they should go into the hole of a mastigure, you too will go there." We said, "O Allah's Apostle! Do you mean the Jews and the Christians?" He replied, "Whom else?" (Meaning, of course, the Jews and the Christians.)
Ponder upon this akhi the prophet is telling us that is own nation will go through everything the past nations have went through meaning we need to renew our faith and return to the truth just because we are born Muslim doesn’t mean we are on the truth brother

Born muslim here from Beirut. Never truly appreciated my religion until about 1-2 years ago and when you started with the Fatiha, I literally got chills and cried. SubhanAllah what you had to go through to get to the truth and I had the Quran in my home all these years and didn’t even read it. Truly Allah guides who He pleases, and we must do our part in spreading the message. JazakaAllah Khayran. Salam brother Saajid ✌🏻 ❤️

I just started watching this video and I wanted to tell a bit about my childhood as far as religion is concerned. I was born in Albania and at that time Albania was a communist country. Religion was totally prohibited. Mosques and churches were destroyed by the communist government. There was only one mosque left in the capital and that was left as a cultural symbol. It's doors were closed and no one entered in. One day I was passing in front of this mosque and I asked my father (god bless his soul) what is that? And he told me it is a mosque. I asked again: What is mosque? He said: it is a place where you pray. I am sure he has explained it to me, but that's all I remember. My father used to be an Immam before the religion was prohibited in Albania. So, most of the people were afraid to express their believes in public. We did not really have a notion of god at that time, our parents did know about god, but we as children no. We were born while communism ruled. So, we only new about the party and it's deeds.
Now, I remember this very clearly. I was still lying in bed at that time and a thought came in my mind, what actually happens when we die? We live in this world, we accumulate wealth, but then we die and then we have nothing. That looked very strange that we live this life without a purpose. Then later I discovered that there is a hereafter. When communism fell down, we started learning about Islam and I started going to mosques to learn something. I found a bit difficult to grasp all those Arabic words in the beginning. One thing has discouraged me a bit during my time learning about Islam that I saw many Arabs coming to Albania and they did not look very pious even though they were preaching about Islam. They had opened these Islamic Organisations and they did not leave behind a very good taste with the population. I did not like them either, to be honest or the people who pretended to be Muslims as they were stealing around. That discouraged me a lot. I have returned back to Islam, Allhamdulilah and I hope Allah will keep me in the right path. However, I don't tend to tell people a lot that I am a Muslim for the fear that some of my deeds might discourage other people as I was discouraged ones. We are humans and we definitely make sins, knowingly or unknowingly.
PS: as a foot note I want to say this, that I have nothing against arabs or any other people. Just because some people are bad or behave badly does not mean that the rest are bad as well.
However, we have to keep in mind that a rotten apple spoils the whole barrel, if you know what I mean.

Burre Ifort Brother, your story is very interesting and Alhamdulillah Allah guides you to Islam.
What you say about Arabs is very irritating as I’m an Arab, but please note that they are not infallible. They make mistakes. And the only excuse I can find for them is that they came from a different culture that’s entirely Islamic, they don’t understand the cultural backgrounds of others, and they just think that you are Muslims and know everything about Islam and all what they need to do is just encourage you, sometimes harshly, to stick to the teachings of Islam. We need people who know the cultures of people who live under blasphemous regimes, and know how to get them back to worshiping Allah in the way that’s pleasing to Him. Thank you brother.

Interesting video, brother. I, too grew up in America in a Christian family Catholic in my case. I always believed in God as well but never felt a connection to the Catholic church or Christianity in general. I also can relate to you in the Jesus issue; It was always so difficult for me to see him as God/son of God. I wholeheartedly agree with you in the whole Christianity doesn't exist in America. In the United States, Christianity is essentially a social club, coffee shop and daycare. Christianity is on the decline and outside of the few fundamentalists in parts of the south and mid-west, Christians don't actually follow their scripture.
I, too have tried studying the bible both Catholic and Protestant versions. It really is confusing and does not make any sense like the Quran does. Many Christians in fact most of them do not believe the bible is the preserved infallible word of God. They see it as a self-help book and nothing more. I also understand what you mean about being objective in the search for the truth. I looked into Buddhism, Hindusim, Judaism and agnosticism before ever seriously looking into Islam.
I also served in the U.S. Military at height of the war in Iraq and they really brainwash you to hate Islam and Muslims. I really believed they were all terrorists and wanted to kill us. But at that point I still never read the Quran. It was not til I left the military that I read Quran and spoke to actual Muslims. I really like your channel and it is good to have a fellow American Muslim with a similar story let alone someone who is studying in Madina. Keep up the good work.

Master Roshi Stian Slatlem it doesn’t lies plz do ur research honey did you know in the idk bible that you lot can’t accept your original bible that women cannot speak up they are weak whereas in Islam they can also Master Roshi who is god? Is Jesus the son of Mary? Who made that happen? Is Jesus the begotten son?who is his father ?who did Jesus pray to on his knees calling out “oh god” in his language ? Why isn’t the Bible in Jesus language ? Why don’t xtians dress like Mary and Jesus ? Why do they go against the rule of showing 1 hair u myt aswel go bald or the rule of modesty ? And no sex bfr marriage ?is Jesus a servant of god?did Jesus die on the cross?so who resurrected him? Who sent the angel of death to him ? Who sent him up there 👆?who is god?does god have a beginning ? Who was born in Xmas?jesus prayed all the tine like is Muslims why don’t you lot do the same if you love Jesus? Or is it because you don’t know who Jesus prayed to?how many god are there ? Dyou believe in more than 1 god ?who is the father? Who is the son ? Am lost and also how many gods are ther in heaven? How come jesus was born after Adam? If Jesus is god wouldn’t he be creating Adam ?did your god only exist after Mary so what about before ? There was no soul on earth tho so how does that work I’ll tell you more points but it ain’t worth arguing with a religion who does the opposite of Mary and Jesus am sorry but Jesus and Mary look and act more of a Muslim than a christians hands down if they wer here’re Mary would be modest when wouldn’t dress like a nun hands down Jesus would I look liek a Muslim hands down jesus would never be seen in a pub hands down Mary would never be seen with no scarf tight clothes hands down Mary would never be seen with a preg belly bfr marriage hands down you wouldn’t see any of them talking to the opposite gender hands down they sousing celebrate Christmas or Easter hands down they wouldn’t even speak English or understand a bible that has been changed by law changing what you lot claim are gods words hands down non of you have memorized the whole bible like me us Muslims our Quran was memorized since the time it was sent out to us so no one can change it tell any Muslim they’d know the bearded in Quran Arab same language as our prophet peace be upon him you lot don’t even know the Bible in Jesus language also Jesus was mentioned 25!!!!! X in our quaran we have a whole let’s say chapter about Mary and her family her father his son Jesus and all we love Jesus we pray like them we fast liek them we fast more than 30 days a year ! We dress liek they we don’t believe ins ex before marriage we believe in modesty so next time you think about the hijab just know Mary is my role model Unlike you people who follow animals you claim that’s your god but don’t follow shit learn Jesus mother tongue learn how to dress like them learn how to pray like them memorize the so called bible go repent about mixing both genders because as Mary got older she was never seen moving with a man that’s why she’s called Virgin Mary also if Jesus died for our sins then why is he coming back ? Is it not enough ? Why do you believe in heaven and hell if you believe even if we kill rape suicide after not trusting your own god !!! In our religion suicide takes you to hell because that means you don’t believe in your created who created eveything you don’t have faith so ye you die a rapist you go heaven with the rest then? Then no it’s all a lie Bible is a lie it’s been changed because you people cannot accept in this modern day society to stop having sex before marriage to stop women from dressing half naked especially in summer I hope that when Jesus returns in Islam he didn’t die he’s alive and he will come back and he will defeat dajaal a powerful evil beast and the rest of satan followers who have sex before marriage who don’t believe in modesty and correct the world and I feel ashamed for when that time comes half the women here will be naked at the beach wearing bra and pants in ashamed he will see that people drink in the streets harming their bodies I am ashamed he will see Rapist?abuse ? Fraud ? And all sorts I am ashamed that he will see people celebrating Xmas so yah do your research honey please don’t go spreading false research hun the answer is clear to you read all this then talk .^

You don't need a certificate or a fanfare to be a Muslim. If you already believe in the Oneness and uniqueness of Almighty God, believe in His Messengers and angels, believe in His revelations to us throughout the ages, and believe that He will judge our deeds in the Day of Judgement then you are already a Muslim in eyes of your Creator. Just go to a mosque near you and learn how to read the Quran in Arabic and pray with those in the mosque.

I met a couple of recent revert friends. They tell me about the struggles they go through such as finding reliable sources, telling their families, changing their lifestyles etc. They mentioned to me that the admin is a professional life coach, who helps people during their process, answers their questions and provides them with reliable Islamic sources. They are very happy with the support they get from them and they have a very nice community. That eventually brought me to Egypt and i stayed there for 10 years. Did my haj alhamdulillah from Egypt. I hope u will spread Islam in USA. I really believe u can do it akhi.

      1.
BIBLE SAYS ONLY FAITH IS IMPORTANT AND WORK IS NOT ...
      Galatians 2:16
      King James Version (KJV)
16 Knowing that a man is NOT justified
by the WORKS of the law, but by the
FAITH of Jesus Christ, even we have
believed in Jesus Christ, that we might
be justified by the faith of Christ, and
NOT by the WORKS of the law: for by the
works of the law shall no flesh be
      justified.
BIBLE SAID FAITH WITHOUT WORK IS DEAD...
      James 2:14-26
14 What does it profit, my brethren, if a
man says he has faith but has not
works? Can his faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister is ill-clad and in lack of
      daily food,
16 and one of you says to
them, “Go in peace, be warmed and
filled,” without giving them the things
needed for the body, what does it
      profit?
17 So faith by itself, if it has no
      works, is dead.
18 But some one will say, “You have
faith and I have works.” Show me your
faith apart from your works, and I by my
works will show you my faith.
      19 You
believe that God is one; you do well.
      Even the demons believe-and
      shudder.
20 Do you want to be shown,
you shallow man, that faith apart from
      works is barren?
      21 Was not Abraham
our father justified by works, when he
offered his son Isaac upon the altar?
22 You see that faith was active along
with his works, and faith was completed
      by works,
      23 and the scripture was
      fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed
God, and it was reckoned to him as
righteousness”; and he was called the
      friend of God.
24 You see that a man is
justified by works and not by faith
      alone.
25 And in the same way was not
also Rahab the harlot justified by works
when she received the messengers and
      sent them out another way?
      26 For as
the body apart from the spirit is dead,
so faith apart from works is dead.
WHICH OF THE TWO REFERENCES DO YOU BELIEVE IN??

      @bobbilderson8556 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@ker_at6814 There are other ways to see if something is real or not- but religion has grown up to be very tricky to prove or disprove.
If a religion was started that instead of basing its truth on faith, based its truth on evidence-- then that religion would fail to exist rather quickly. People in it would disprove their leader's claims with evidence.
That's why no such religion of evidence survives to this day. Only religions that say that there is an invisible man- who you can't prove exists except for a weird feeling, and even then you have to take it on faith.
But in the end, one way I know that most people's truth seeking faculty is faulty when it comes to religion IS that they almost always seem to have the religion that they grew up with.
Every religion says that it is true- but unless we want to adopt a relativist stance (because the religions make conflicting claims about reality after death, etc) then we have to accept that the majority of the world is wrong about their religious impressions.
We can snidely point and mock them and think "Oh how stupid the Christians (or Jews) are! They have been deceived! They think their religion is true based on their feelings, but they are wrong." But honestly, we are all doing exactly the same thing in our religion.
Now of course this doesn't mean that "no religion is true". It just means that we should be extra careful ourselves in claiming that we found the truth through faith, when we know how faulty humanity's 'religious truth finding apparatus' is.
The test I like to run is: If you were randomly born into a different religion in the world, would you honestly be able to find your way back to your own religion?
If you were born and raised in Mormonism instead of Islam in rural Utah instead of wherever you grew up-- do you honestly think you would believe in Islam (or whatever other religion?). If everyone you knew was Mormon, if you never learned about the Quran except that it's something that you heard terrorists read--- if you think you would really believe then you are deceiving yourself.
If you are the type of person to study every other religion and go contrary to your own parent's and culture's practices: then sure. You might be the type to find your way back to Islam somehow.
However, I doubt that anyone who has any kind of traditional religious fervor will investigate with an open mind.
I mean, how can we? When our parents have dictated and inoculated us with religious dogma from the moment we could speak.
How are we actually making a choice?
We make a choice when consider the evidence ourselves. When we study all other religions and give religions that are not our own more of a chance than our own because of our inherent bias.
Does this task seem impossible? Yeah, kind of. Most people plug their ears and close their eyes because they just want to keep doing what they've always done. I've seen it again and again.
Religion is about community and convincing ourselves that we definitely have meaning in life.
I don't know the answer to if we do or don't, but I do know that life is beautiful and mysterious. I like it that way. I like just looking up at the stars and feeling a reverent wonder at the whole mystery that I am looking out of my own eyes in this moment-. That the universe is here for me to see and that I'm here to see it.
It gives me chills, and moments like holding my daughter or seeing sunlight peaking through the shades, lighting up the normally invisible nebula of dust flowing around us-- those moments give meaning to my life.
I don't need to tell myself that a magic ghost will pop out of me when I die and give me the chance to finally talk to my grandparents.
I talk to them now. I live life as if I don't get a second chance.
I don't need religion to scare me into being a good boy and not be rude to other people. No. I am good to other people not to avoid hellfire. I am good to them because I care about them. I care about them. I believe they are people worth caring about.
And if there is a god out there ready to punish me for withholding judgement- for fence sitting, then I suppose that I will boil in hell forever- and I will wonder why he ever creating a thing like me- that could be so happy and fulfilled in a deep/rich sense during life- but still be doing the wrong thing.
Anyways. This is probably too much to read or too different from your current beliefs to actually consider. I get that. I was/am the same way. But if you slowly push yourself to be in someone else's shoes- then you'll enrich your understanding of the world (especially those people that are "so stupid" that you "can't see why they would ever believe that". Usually in those cases, you're missing something important.)

@@bobbilderson8556 actually religion does it all because people are different and have different ways to motivate them to do good to people, some are like you do it because they care about other people which is absolutely beautiful. and we have a Hadith that says in its meaning”no one will fully be a believer until they love to their brother-basically the people around you-what they love to themselves”, on the other hand there are some folks that would not be so touched by this Hadith and will not buy the whole idea that is why there is this scaring from hellfire to make some people stop hurting others. I read the whole comment and i understand. What we actually believe that if Allah-god- didn’t want me to know this religion i would not even barely try to seek a guidance from him; and being a Muslim was not my choice nor my parents, it was Allah who wanted me hence made me weather born muslim or reverted muslim, i have no power over that. Im I the only one who watch the last 10 min of this video everyday? I start my day watching the last 10 mins of the video. And it makes me emotional. I mean , it reminds me of that moment I experienced when I first read the Qur'an. When I first realised this is the.truth. ' I knew it was from god' the more I read it. Can you please make a video about Zamzam water?

Subhanallah my brother i even say the same as you i mean just superficial reading will tell you this book is from GOD almighty without a doubt. Then the miricle is just unbelievable its a true miricle obviously its GOD words. People who dont know or see or dont understand what the Qur'an is really about are actually truly missing out on that chance of seeing or witnessing once in a lifetime a true miricle and what a real miricle is about and that is exactly the reality of the Quran the words of GOD. The quran is a masterpiece of art book mastering the art world its miraculous from every point of view witch ever angle your thinking and analysing this book from itll just suck your mind and heart in to it like a magnet and amaze you in a way you just wont find any words to describe it only the book can do that itself. The only way you can see that is you just have to read it with a open heart and pounder on the quran and reason with it just like haw GOD says in the quran..then do they not ponder upon the Qur'an or are there hearts locked up..47:24 of the quran and other places Allah mentions this you just read it with an open heart this book is proof of GOD its a masterpiece from the deserts of arabia. Just like alladin the real genie is the messanger of GOD Muhammad s.a.w and the miricle is the Quran. I think thats where they get their stories from and putit in that cartoon alladin coming from a desert aswell lol even the word genie comes from Arabia its an Arabian word... Only allah knows where they get it from Anyway jazakallah for your video bro lol this comment its for those reading comments inshallah i know you could've say this way better than me lol i got carried away i feel sad people dont know and it hurts even muslims aswell who dont have much knowledge and thats the case its so sad. May ALLAH reward you my brother i know your working in that feel thet need to know inshallah as well as the world.

i would edit this "part the real genie is the messenger of GOD Muhammad"
It would be better to use another adjective for our prophets.. but I know you did not mean it in a bad way. Lots of love and may God guide us all. Your name is beautiful arabic name. Salam

The aladin story is a tale, it is a small portion of the " a thousand and one night" book.. It is said that it is a collection from bed time stories from india, the middle East and such. It has also one narration that when the sultan from the ottoman empire had à concubine in his room once, the concubine did not want to engage in the nightly activity so she came up with these bed time stories. It is fiction, not real. So to compare that to the Holy Quran and how people got inspired by that is false. SubhanAllah

Many muslims have strong faith and they practice Islamic rituals, there is still goodness in our ummat. 🙏🏻
