- Join the concrete crew as we begin work on a parking lot project. We showed up to start but so did a different crew to help. You can't ask for more than that! They brought in an excavator and tore out the parking lot in no time flat. We got everything prepped and we are ready for concrete. Enjoy

@soggdogg The pros outweigh the cons, I imagine. 40-hour checks, maybe they work close to those hours. I think they take it nice and easy with some afternoons off is a big plus. With time to work on the side, having access to Ryan's vast quantity of equipment. I also can understand dealing with workers who need constant guidance to get it done. Not everyone cut from the same cloth.
That guy from the concrete company EXEMPLIFIES what a worker should be. Cleaning off machine after, respect, professional. Old school work ethic. Just awesome!!!

Here is an idea. Pay Pat to come in on an evening or Saturday for a few hours. Give him rags, couple of cases of grease and oil, grease gun, and a blower. Let him check over all the equipment and keep it floating in grease. It'll pay dividends in the long run. One look at that paving company's equipment and you know they are top tier.

and maybe keep the oil changed in his pickup.. no wonder his cam phasers are going if he really has only changed the oil a couple times.. sad to just destroy a ford platinum pickup.. you want that truck to last so if he ever gets the shelby it can be kept nice and the F150 is a work truck.. but sounds like he just doesnt care.. I love those [aving guys keeping their equipment well greased.. you can tell all of their stuff is really old but still runs.. gives them great ROI not having to replace their excavators and skid steers
@@eldoradoboymy SUV I believe has the same engine as Ryan’s truck. I have had to have the engine torn apart 3 times in as many years as the engine has known issues with the cam phasers.

Ryan solution for his problems are always to just throw money at them a little preventative maintenance goes a long way though. He can’t keep the heavy equipment clean and greased but atleast he takes the time to keep his newest spray can nice and clean though so that’s something I guess. 😂

As much as Ray is liked, there still needs to be repercussions for him not following directions or paying attention to his responsibilities. Too many times he's messing up and it's just I'm sorry on his end. Take their monthly bonus if they don't take responsibility for the trucks that they drive. From safety to cleanliness.
Big Ray was told about 3 times before the end of the last video, and he ignored the boss like it doesn't matter what he is told to do doesn't apply to him. He has been told several times to judge the amount of concrete needed at the end, and he says fill up the buggy because lumpuses don't matter. Rayn will just take care of it in the morning. He always takes them off in the mornings and then throws them away. Should be penalties for big Ray. Big Lumpus $100., no gas $100., loose equipment $100., truck not emptied every day at the end of work $100.ect.. he will catch on quickly when it affects his pocket.
