Charles your a great teacher/coach, the way you approach the teaching is so simplified that even beginners with zero experience easily understands it all. And this is consistent with all your videos that I have watched. Thank you and keep up the great work ❤

Please coach drop a video on how taller people can defend against shorter opponents. I only ever see the opposite. I feel like these short dudes with good head movement/footwork and overhands always atleast land a few on me.
I defend from the short fighters who come to closer inside by limiting their movement through ceasing them with my lead hand at the same time landing short hard punches on them that make them move outside but I believe coach Charles can guide the technical factor of this. But I also find it hard to defend from these over hands. it annoys me a lot
Well it’s almost always easier for the longer and taller fighter if you’re equal skill wise. I have very good reach, but I’m not very good at getting the full potential out of my cross especially. Not stretching it out properly. But if a similar sized to shorter fighter is up against me, I will use my reach to out jab him, and if he goes in with a peekaboo style, I’m throw combos while creating good angles backwards, and simultaneously learning his habits for where the head is moving. Never let him get the advantage of getting close from an awkward angle.
It’s basically just taking away the strengths they have snd turning them into a weakness use feints to prevent them coming in and when they are inside spoil them step closer make them smother their own work as soon as they take their step back attack or if they are strong step off using the jab as a measure no power but a gage for the right backhand or left depending on stance as soon as as you feel them move forward throw the right hand and walk them onto the shot again for the overhand wedge block it snd return the uppercut wide open for the shots have a watch and look at how people throw certain shots and think about what works to defend against them and where it opens them up to attack and drill them
Maaaan im tired of this topic, what about how to fight a shorter fighter. Im like 2m high, there is too much difficulties to hit the body of shorter fighter i think the shorter fighter has too much advantages that we, taller men, don t have. :'(
@@Charlessalbox wohoooooo. Man you have no idea how i suffer when i want to do some sparing and coach said 100% body and 10% head, i said like whaaaaat only thing that is easy to reach is the head. Other thing please M.Charles when you do boxe stance should we lower the body or stay stand as normal? Thank you so much.
I love your channel! I just wanted to ask, why are there no vids about how taller boxers should box against smaller ones? I'm 6'5" and can't find anything about this.
