You do not need to fuse Pigment Stick on the surface of an encaustic painting. You can simply allow it to cure in air over time. If there is not much oil on the surface of your painting and it is dry, you can re-warm the surface and put another layer of medium on top of it.
Thank you so much and learning new things everyday. Wonderful tutorial ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼

We are so happy you are enjoying our videos!!
Do you fuse the oil stick after you put it on? What about putting medium over it once it's dried?

Can I just add some of the paint stick to my painting without prepping it on paper? For an example to a acrylic painting or a gouache painting.
