That is the whole reason why they created the EPA, ATF, USDA, etc. They created the executive agencies to implement “THEIR” (unelected people) generalized laws. It was a happy slappy relationship for the establishment. Congress avoided accountability and responsibility as usual by dumping their duties on someone else and the president didn’t have to actually do anything because some low level employee on a salary and pension did all the actual details and that leaves much important time for law makers and the president to figure out which country they wanted to invaded next. Question: right now there are 200,000 civil servants in DC. If you look at how they vote and who they donate, 99% of them are democrats. So now, the republicans if they win elections, want to replace 50,000 of them with conservative civil servants. So 75% of them would still be democrat supporters and now only 25% of them would be republican supporters (as opposed to now almost none being republican). You are saying that having a sliver of balance with just 1/4 of the civil servants now being republicans and 3/4 still democrats in DC is bad and is considered Nazism?
