Too late, already saw the Manatee. 😁 By the way, picked up a Florida Manatee Drink Coaster for my desk on our visit. ☺
The body rollers or stamps, looked like an ancient way of doing tattoo's possibly. (Moe like body painting rather than tattoo's but same concept maybe?) Earlier in the video, there was a lady with what appeared to be a tattoo on her arm, wrapped around it, that carried over onto background. When I saw that I wondered if the rolled the "Design" on their bodies with a device like what you saw later. ( I know, I'm paying too much attention, again..... 🤓)
All of the eyes appear to be squinting throughout the years, wonder why?
Sorry no idea what the little sax player looking thing is. LOL The lady with art work on her arm, body roller, re-appeared while looking at this object by the way.

Manatees are one of the things I miss most about Florida. I can clise my eyes and be right back at Eddy Creek watching them in the water, hearing the cute snorty sounds they make when they come up for air... 🥰
I'm sure you're right, probably some kind of ink rolling art, maybe like henna?? Sometimes you have to wonder things like why is everyone squinting. Is it that bright on the Equator?! 😂. Maybe the clay just folded in on itself as it dried? Why were they all like that?? 🤣
