amen the quality and vibe music at popping events has steadily declined over the years to the level where most of it is straight up shit and only caters to dancers who learned the beats. popping loops are like cancer to this culture along with the sort of dancing it breeds.

amazing DJ at this event with those slow G-funk bangers allowing the dancers to show their groove & flava. it's not all about high tempos and small noises that people who know the music can 'beat kill'. green gave a masterclass in dancing & the popping scene as a whole could do more events that take it back to groove & funk. most of this 'popping music' straight up sucks it's embarrassing.

Haven't seen green get down like this in a long while, he was really in his element, outstanding performance. Kite had the choice of music against him in all honesty, but that's the name of the game you got to be versatile at times like that, kite is an amazing popper but you can see him fall short whith certain types of music rhytms, whereas greenteck is a dancer who is really situational he is either feeling the overall vibe of the battle/setting/people or not and it very apparantly shows in his dancing. Either way great performance on both ends.

Good observation. When Greenteck is in a good mood he's more creative and Kite struggles with songs where the tempo is a bit slower.

Kite did well dancing, but Green got the meaning of the music this time.
I don't know if it was exactly that, I think that more than that he was enjoying the tournament and I think it is because in the tournament they had a lot of level poper and he being so competitive he likes this type of tournaments with level poper what he does which focuses more ... since I have seen it in several other tournaments where there is not much level and as it gets bored and just wants to finish them fast because he knows he will win them without trying too hard.

Choice of music and going second went to Greentecks advantage in this one, Kite had 3rd round and it could've been very close in the first two if Green didn't absolutely take the advantage to demolish those rounds, but fair play to Kite you could tell his game definitely took some levels up after this battle
in the 2nd round of greenteck is crazy was inspired to the maximum in this tournament, if someone did not know the skills of green would believe that round is a choreography.
nah choreography and freestyle are just two different things, each has its own traits, dont think u can rank them and it's pretty ez to tell the difference

Marcos Gimenez someone didn’t know greenteck’s skill level would underestimate him I assume, and thought a good round was choreographed, which means the imaginary one assume rounds is too good to be freestyled, which somehow implies choreography is better freestyle. Seems pretty intuitive to me. Maybe that’s not what u want to say but it’s logically expressing this meaning

Kite really needed some faster music to shine, but green is especially good when it’s slow. His power is at max when he can play around in the music and change speed. They are different type of footwork masters. If the DJ knew their difference and still decided to play these slow tracks, which I don’t think it is, their DJ is probably the one to blame. Nevertheless, what a great battle!

그린택은 진짜 무슨 애니메이션같다
팝핀피트 팝핀살라 그린텍을보면 재능이라는 것의 위대함을 뼈저리게느낀다
경직되있는게 아니라 평소처럼한건데 그냥 그린텍 그루브가 씹사기라서 그렇게 상대적으로 보이는거임. 그래서 특히 저런 R&B훵크가 춤추기 진짜 어려움.
