I don't recall FLYWING instructions requiring calibrating the compass/gyro in the 3D mode? In 3D mode as I'm sure you are aware, does not use any of these features? So....I don't know why you are calibrating in 3D mode? Am I missing something? Doing this just confuses flyers?
This is because you not clear how is the H1 work. It's all setting will be BASED on 3D mode. From there, other modes will follow it's FC compute accordingly. So that is the basic.

Bad ESC Canopy needs Cooling FAN ESC runs very hot first less than 8 mins started in flight smoking lucky I did not crash new FW450 3 dose not air cool like the older canopy's are better more air coming in had to replace ESC on first flight good luck in finding the part cant find any where The ESC is V3 is different Than the V2 ESC worth less Heli at over 600.00
There is no such function available for FW450 V2.5 H1 Lite in GPS mode to set it's tilt angle. This function might available in pc software V1.9 on full version H1 in 3D Master Flight mode.
@@did3d523 Look at your H1 FC, its print said Lite/ Scale mean it is simplified 'tail motor' version. Only standalone H1 HELI FC unit is full function version.

You can find it manual FS-i6s online simply google it. That's USB port for simulator and PPM output.

Sorry to hear your V3 having issue. Hope you get it airborne again soon. You can add a small cooling fan for extra cooling. Good Luck.
And 4S battery already good and cooler! 6S battery tends to causing ESC hotter.
This H1 gps can working with trex 550x
H1 can be use on any rc heli using flybarless.
