My man looked at tarkov and stalker and tought to himself: "I wonder if I can make a game like them". And he did. An absolutely massive gigachad, a one man AA studio. I'm so excited about this game because I was always a fan of these kind of games since I got introduced to stalker cop back when I was about 10 years old. 23 now and everything that even remotely has some resemblance to stalker is something I always have a craving for. Thank you for the vlogs, can't wait for the next one! :)
Man, you weren't kidding about making a ton of progress. I figured you would've made a good bit of progress considering your amazing work ethic, but you never cease to amaze me with both the quantity and quality of what you achieve
I would be very doubtful of this project if you didnt keep doing these devlogs. You are very transparent and many devs should learn from you. Great work keep going
Every devlog just looks better and better. The improvements to gun mechanics look fantastic, and the expanded map looks awesome. Really exciting to see such a transparent approach to game design, as well as such a solid foundation on which to expand upon in the future. Keep up the great work, man. Can't wait for the public demo.
This devlog was perfect. The editing and how everything was shown. I love especially when you for example showed some updated features, you first showed the old one and then the new one. Day after day and devlog after devlog i get more and more excited about the game. Great work Antti!
For me, it's not about the game. It's about the passion for software development, about moving an idea from the paper to the engine, crushing the rusty structure of AAA software companies and seeing the human potential materializing in front of our eyes. You are truly the grandiose source of inspiration for me as a software engineer. Will play once you feel like it's ready.
Fantastic work! Been following the game from the day I heard about it and it is great to see how far it has already come. This will be better than most AAA games when it is complete and that is my belief in this.

Can't wait to see how this game turns out, has a lot of potential! I would recommend playing the demo on steam if you want to see how it'll do on your pc.

I'm in the software dev world but working on web app development as opposed to a video game development. Even just the time it takes to do simple things on a webpage probably takes me longer than some of the complex reworks that you've managed to accomplish. Even with the game in its current state, there is so much to be proud of. The reason I really brought up the software dev statement is because of the format we use to demo the changeset of one version to another. Your new format is almost spot on with what we do. instead of spending minutes on explaining what each change was, what went into it, etc. You just demonstrate the new vs old. It's such a fantastic idea and really allows people to visualize the changes. Keep up the fantastic work, I can't wait to see the end product of your vision.
The game looks amazing and for me the most impressive thing being demonstrated is the amount work ethic, discipline and professionalism being put into this project. Best of luck!
It baffles me that you, one guy with a good understanding of developing, are step by step showcasing an awesome vision for an experience which modern AAA games lack completely yet have huge budgets with expansive resources and people but continue pumping out stale games that people quit after a few weeks.
