  • In March, Mike David drove to Nashville, Tennessee with his family. Mike expected to get an $8 invoice in the mail from RiverLink, the company in charge of tolling. Instead, in early April he received two invoices-one for his car and another for a mystery car.

Got a bill in the mail for double-- with late fees. But I already went online and they said "No payment is due at this time!" Next month, doubled again! Called them, "Zero dollars is due." Riverlink needs to be audited.
