CM Naidu did an excellent job of planning hyderabad for next 2😮😮😮 generations with industry and infra not seen anywhere in india. But he could not visualise state bifurcation. Even then he should have planned for equal development between hyderabad, vizag, guntur, kurnool, nizamabad and warangal, that would have distributed, decongested and uniformly developed the entire state even in seperation. How lopsided is urban planning world over of putting all eggs in one basket and lamenting high cost of living, insufficient infra and K shaped development of rest of the state. This RRR planned at 26000cr may end up even at 50000cr by completion. Distribute about 5000 cr each between Nizamabad, karimnagar, warangal, khammam conneting all these with express ways and high speed local trains like mumbai, as you have industrial belts, NIIT, IIT and excellent agriculture belt to host agri university. Then this flocking to HYD straining the city on all fronts can be avoided helping petfect rural development of farmers now with kaleswaram support.😮😮😮
When city develops, it becomes comparable to some “developed” cities.. but it’s not a point to market and sell.. all speculation :-)
