So people that end up waking up to this on the TV now know the rules and if they get interested they become recreational players and that’s how you bring $ into the world of poker circles.

Not quite. They are paid an appearance fee of around $5000-$10000. However, they were paid by Fult Tilt $100k a month as long as they were in X amount of shows per year. So anything won or loss is their money.
