Is there a way that I can get my work history? I have had some of the jobs in the past that I don’t exactly remember the dates where I worked for the company. How can I find the exact dates of my employment in a particular company that I worked for in the past?

False. If your credit is bad and you're in debt, you're more likely to steal from a company, especially if there's money involved. It's also a indicator of how responsible you are paying your debts off and as a result, how likely you are to be a responsible employee.

I’m a college student who just accepted an offer for a pretty good company. Unfortunately after calling my HR managers from past jobs, I realized the dates I put on my resume are at the most 3 weeks to a month off from what I actually worked.

Since 9-11 the use of background checks have really boomed. Using the cheapest system, they will only ask for first and last name, and date of birth.
The problem with that is my name is James Smith, which is statistically the number one most common name in America, according to every U.S. Census in the history of our nation.
Because of this, I'm always flagged as a black male, in Southern Florida, currently serving 3 life sentences for armed robbery, drug trafficking, child endangerment, and a bunch of other charges.
Any other information could reveal that I am not this person: my social security number, my middle name is Hanyu, my ethnicity is half Japanese/Caucasian, place of birth is New Orleans, no record of having ever lived in Southern Florida, the fact that I'm not still residing in a maximum security penitentiary to live out 3 life sentences....
I have to pay, every so often, to have my own Colorado Bureau of Investigation background check, which supercedes their cheap background check, just to prove that I have no criminal record. It's so frustrating.

June 7, 2023. June 7 is my beloved Grandmother's birthday. I will be jumping off the causeway bridge on that day. Many of you ignore me thinking I just want attention. That is not the case. I want a decent job with NO attention. I am now down to my last $1000. I have used my savings since December. As an autistic adult, I saved a considerable amount of money at my last job get me through an emergency. Autistic people on the higher functioning end are notorious for not keeping jobs for various reasons.
In addition, I have an arrest in my background now, not a conviction, just an arrest. I have lived 60 years of my life without a criminal history. No, I do not do drugs, I do not steal, cheat, or lie. I do not go around beating up people or wielding weapons. I loved my mom more than anything else in the world and would have NEVER intentionally hurt her. I did need to protect myself when she attacked me not knowing who I am. This was intermittent. I have never struck her. I made sure NOT to injure her when she attacked. Well, the police arrested me after I protected myself and my mom had zero marks and denied being injured. The police hauled me off anyway. They said that I was guilty because I was anxious. Those who are a sole caretaker are not immune to anxiety.
I just had my 4th offer rescinded. I have been terminated from 2 jobs because they ran background checks after I started. In addition, the state of Texas would not renew my Paramedic license.
I still have a mortgage and a vehicle to maintain. I do not have cable, netflix or any other fun things and have sold some stuff to help make ends meet. I do not take vacations. I do not have family, they have all passed away.
Life was good for awhile and it is no longer good. See ya!
