Now that it's been a year since you've had the attachment how often do you find your self racking it and unracking it? How often do you actually use it?

I just purchased this attachment. How do you store it,when not in use? I have a 9 bar storage holder and was wonder if can be stored by the plate peg.

@@gmoneycash7456 I just store it by the wall, if u find the sweet spot it can stand up without having to lean on the wall.

I could see preacher curls working, will give that a try. But I did try hip thrusts lol, worked ok but not great.

Not sure, but as long as it’s 3” x 3 “ and 5/8 holes should work.

I have the Bells of Steel Commercial Power Rack 5.1, do Hydra attachments like this fit on it?

i dont believe it would be a perfect fit, hydra rack uses 3x3 uprights. commercial power racks 2.3x2.3 uprights.

I would think so, those are the excat specs as my bells of steel hydra rack. 3x3 5/8
