I've only been vegan since March, before that I ate steak 6/7 days a week, bacon daily etc and I did vegan march to see if I could. About 3 weeks in I honestly couldn't fathom the idea of going back. I love being vegan, I feel so much healthier and I eat such a higher variety of things. I like videos like this for more food ideas 🤣🤣

Thank you, Linda. I have PCOS and have always struggled with my weight and body image, spending years and years on restricting and counting. Thanks to you I finally understood that if I take care of my body and my mind properly, my condition will also improve. I am much more than what others think of me and I don't have to look a certain way for everyone to accept me. I now have final high school exams( baccalaureate in my country) and I was very close to starting to restrict what I eat, to exercise just to burn all the calories, but I realized that it will be better for me to focus on the balance between exams and health, not some toxic habits from the past. P.S. Sorry for my english, I'm still learning...

One of my favorite breakfasts is a baked sweet potato, split. Add a scoop of Almond butter, a bag drill of bloobs, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Sprinkle with hemp hearts if you have them. It’s so darned good!

I just appreciate you and this video so much because, I am a vegan gluten-free person and this video showed how beautiful and healthy and not healthy and anything in between vegan food can be, and that it’s not just vegetables and yucky stuff like people assume it is and you showed how beautiful the art of having a good relationship with food is I’ve never heard anyone explain it like you have an I love your love for food and the joy it gives you and everyone else I love how you’re on this platform sharing these beautiful, recipes and showing and telling people that they don’t have to be insecure about what they eat and the food you made this video was beautiful. You are a amazing chef and I love how you share it with your family and the joy that it brings all of you and I love how you can really show that vegans aren’t just eating vegetables, and that they eat the beautiful food. And that you don’t have to be perfect or perfectly in shape to enjoy your food. Lindaaa...gurl... I've never thought that is be addicted to friggin oats. But after I watch ur choco oat stuff. Dang I ran to the kitchen to make choco Berry yogurt overnight oats. I am hooked. My mom has never seen me eat oats with joy. Now I look forward to it every morning. I even crave for it omg. My choco Berry overnight oats recipe: - instant oats/ any oats - strawberry yogurt (mine already has sweetener but if you can add honey if it's unsweetened) - cubed strawberries - cocoa powder - water or milk to thin out the consistency You can adjust the amount of every ingredients according to your liking or preference :)

That food looks amazing! I saw you making a lot of mug cakes and wanted to share my favorite one! Peanut butter chocolate mug cake: 1 banana 2 tbsp of PB 2 tbsp of cocoa powder (optional: chocolate chips, 1 tbsp of flour) Microwave for 2min and ENJOY!
I thought calorie counting worked best for me so I went back to it, but after this week I realized that I may be done for good since I wasn't able to truly enjoy the food in front of me. I needed this!!

Hey Lindaaaa. I LOOOVEEE LOOOOVVEEE your video. You makes me exercise more and not afraid of food. You make me feel lik cheat day is not something necessary anymore. Before i met you, i eat VERY less like 400-500 calories per day, 15-30 minutes exercise (sometimes nothing) and my mindset is like "if i take less calories, less exercise". Always scared with food and weight scale but i do weight scale like EVERYDAY. but now i decide to eat healthier but in the same time not afraid of any food. I start eating around 1200 calories - 1500 calories (i'm trying my best). I exercise more often and get stronger with it. I let my body rest and happy too. Looking at your journey makes me feel like... If you can do it and so can i! THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. so addicted to your videos. It helps me. Linda, I have a mug cake hack. If you place the mug or bowl on the outer edge of the microwave plate it will evenly heat and cook

Hey Lindaaaa. I LOOOVEEE LOOOOVVEEE your video. You makes me exercise more and not afraid of food. You make me feel lik cheat day is not something necessary anymore. Before i met you, i eat VERY less like 400-500 calories per day, 15-30 minutes exercise (sometimes nothing) and my mindset is like "if i take less calories, less exercise". Always scared with food and weight scale but i do weight scale like EVERYDAY. but now i decide to eat healthier but in the same time not afraid of any food. I start eating around 1200 calories - 1500 calories (i'm trying my best). I exercise more often and get stronger with it. I let my body rest and happy too. Looking at your journey makes me feel like... If you can do it and so can i! THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. so addicted to your videos. It helps me. You are more than what you think you are ❤ stay happy stay healthy send my kiss to your mom she's such a lovely woman.
