I find it incredibly hard to stay calm before a climb I know I can send. I get extremely anxious and it really messes with my climbing. My friends make fun of me because in between attempts I just breathe deeply and stare into space lmao

I too get incredibly anxious! It's always difficult when we think you "should" be able to do something. We put so much pressure on ourselves! Though I also recently started breathing more consciously and it's helped so much :)
