Good design for large size properties. For small sized plots this open central design will eat up way too much carpet space and will end up with very tiny rooms.

This is not possible. No structural design, no load distribution. It is just CGI for views.

Central courtyard is approx 20ft. Remain 15ft both sides means very less living space to accommodate bedroom kitchen and balcony.
Not a realistic idea of big plot small rooms.
Can it be added with al dimension details to understand the space
