Enjoyed viewing your *Prepper Experiment* today... 🤩👍🌟🌟 0:39 ...You can't rely only on the Cheap made Thermostats...I suggest you invest in a Temperature Infrared Thermometer (laser) Gun ..these are super accurate for outdoor cooking / USA bar-b-que competitions. Your very lucky, to be in sunny territory. In Northern Canada , we don't have the SUN SHINE, like you do ...We get spots of sun, and lots of cloud cover..LOL
I live in southern Louisiana. Humidity plays a key part in survivability problems for lifeforms. Reaching high temperatures with an easy ability to evaporate off heat is less of a problem. I do as much stuff as I can at night. The humidity holds a lot of the heat, but the temperature still drops. Humans should learn from the desert animals. Stay underground during the day and come out at night. I wear a very large brimmed hat, if I'm out during the day. I have the Celtic skin which when it tans it's called Melanoma.

Pop corn would be a real experiment to see if it would pop.

LOL, I love the hat! Great example video.
I have the same hat, Soaking it in cool water really helps keep the head cool thru evaporation. I wore one when living in Death Valley.
This man out there doing the kind of science the world needs
trust the science!
Fun stuff!
I kind of want a hat like this. Bright experience left a Sunny side up like. ❤

I wonder if a cast iron pot with cover in the sun would get hot enough to cook food over time
the hat is actually an upgrade
In my area, we get less than 70 days. Of sun. . nice har😂😂😂😊
I deliver mail in Arizona and I use that hat. If people don’t like it, they can kiss my ass.
I should really use my Sun Oven more often. I'm glad I have it if I need it, but I really need to get more experience in using it.
Curious why someone would live in such a hot area? Love the hat though..😁
because it's there
@@TheLordHumungus the hat or the location? Try Alaska. It’s a balmy 65 today 😁
@@JeffBrauss And minus 40 in winter.
@@johnd4348 lol… not my part of Alaska. The state is larger than Texas, with many different climates.
