Sir my husband is ITP patient. Before taking Covishild vaccine platelets cound was 50k to 1L.... But after taking vaccine it's dropped 2000 only with in 1 week. We are taken so much medication like Romy, IVIG, steroids and Thrombopag... But pletles on boost.... Doctr says it is vaccine reaction. Whate we do now????

If you maintain platelets above 50K it will be ok. You dont need any medicine for that.
Sir , my father is 71 years old. He is a patient of Hypothyroidism, Prostate Enlargement & nominal Cardio Problems. He is suffering by low platelets. This is a regular/usual problem too. He doesn't feel weakness but if we diganose CBC then his platelets count always show 40000-60000.if he take medicine for enhancing the platelets count then it become 150000+. But after few days, it again comes down. So much & very fast fluctuations we are seeing in past 2 years. He always says I'm feeling well, but CBC reports says different things. We are so confused that how it can ne possible? Please suggest me what should we do for maintain the good platelets level.?
