We dont have any evidence that the ayurvedic drugs you mentioned are of any use.

Long term steroid use can be problematic. Please ask your doctor to remove steroids if possible.

I have learnt immunology and it's concept as ITP is autoimmune disease that have autoimmune cells are continuously producing antibody against pletlets

there is no cure
(Yes as ITP patient we don't want to hear that)
But also it's not completely true
Some ITP specially in childrens it may disappears without treatment
I will suggest take guidance of doctors but don't get depressed.
If you don't have symptoms tried every medicines
I will suggest you guys try ayurvedic medicines and diet
It is incorrect to say that the disease is not cured. There are many patients who become free of the disease. But like any other autoimmune disease it can come back.

Sir mera last sep 2020 se pletlets kam hona shuru hua mai kiwi aur papite ke patte ka juice pikar kuch din me theek ho gaya phir 12 nove ko pletlets down hua to phir mai yahi kiya aur theek ho gaya phir 27 dec ko pletltes down hua phir se is baar mujhe chinta hone lagi to mai dava shuru kiya. Papaya juice is of no use. Typhoid does not cause low platelets normally. You need to come and meet us or any other hematologist.

Sir I have ITP since last 5 month after COVID infection, minimum plt has gone 13000 , after taking treatment of wysolone for 4 month plt count never raises above 120000 , now 5 mg wysolone on alternate day plt count fluctuate from 20000 to 100000..sir can I switch to second line treatment (eltrombopag) or wait.

@@milisingh3155 मिली जी, हम revolade का इस्तेमाल बहुत कम करते है। पहली बात तो यह दवा महंगी है, फिर इसका असर temporary होता है, जब तक देंगे तब तक ठीक रहेगा, जैसे ही बंद करेंगे वह ख़तम हो जायेग। कोशिस यह होनी चैहिये की प्लेटलेट काउंट धीरे धीरे ऊपर आ जाये और दवा बंद करने के बाद भी मेन्टेन रहे। जैसे आप इस वीडियो मैं देखेगी हमने मुकेश कुमारी जी को Revolade कभी नहीं दी।
