Beating Ep 1 of Doom with Brutal Doom Platinum Hyper Realism difficulty with all negative modifiers

This was pain, the most difficult level has to be E1M3
do not try this challenge, your sanity will drop fast
however, if you like pain, follow the steps to recreate my run below:
Download the zipped repository of Brutal Doom Platinum here:

Rename the file from "BrutalDoomPlatinum-main.zip" to "BrutalDoomPlatinum-main.pk3"
Open the file using GZDoom (Make sure you have the latest version) and select whatever IWAD you want to play
Then, type "bdp_modifiers_allunlocked 1" into the console, and restart the game, now you have all modifiers unlocked
Create a new game and select the modifiers:
Stay Frosty
Shock factor
Perfect hatred
Now select hyper-realism, and 'enjoy' (you will definitely hate this challenge)
