Nice but to be honest I don't see how a stock GR can beat a modded Evo in a straight line so he probably wasn't a good driver. My old Evo was way quicker than my GR now.
It doesn't work like that. If you catch the car infront they have to slow down to let you past because if you're fast enough to catch them then you deserve to be let past. The rule stops all the idiots with fast cars who crawl around corners from holding up a load of cars by gassing it down the straight. Hope you understand my explanation
