My tip is that rather than making notes
You should read questions from the topic, create some new questions by yourself, after which you should read the book very carefully and make answer structure for the questions you wrote

I gave my history exam but I didn’t wrote my name canter and candidate number on the insert will my result be cancelled but I did wrote it on question paper and answer sheet well I am very scared about it
Bruh in cies invigilator usually checks your paper twice(where was he/she). If you didnt write your candidate number then you're doomed
