You could put plastic fobs on the keys, saying which locks they are for. Loved your displays - mine are in craft boxes. You've inspired me - maybe I should make a video of my storage and my log book, just for the FB group (just to show how mental I am). 😂
I have had quick and not so quick opens with one of those Abus E75's. You like me have to share the lab with others. Behind me are bunk beds and I recently made my lock lab table so it folds down. This gives more space so the grandkids can stay over from time to time. 🙂👍
I am becoming a real rebel, I have left the table up for at least a week, no visitors for a little while. It must be fantastic to have a dedicated space but I also do actually quite like having all my tools packed away, leaving them out just seems so messy
That was a surprise to see such a limited space, fabulous use of small areas. Have a feeling ill get a lock on that shelf for you before too long. The key search looks like a fun game! 💚

Don't do it very often, but if you do see me pick a padlock I have had to sort the key out of that box

I can pretty quickly find them generally, it's only when there are multiple matching locks that it's a problem, trying the keys in each one.

Our house is nice but not big and it's full of stuff as well. I am happy enough with my shelves but do have plans for a new unit all to myself.
Key hell!.... so lets get this right, you have a problem with keys being with the lock?... You may have lock issues my friend 🤣
