Thanks SW! Apparently a woman got that Gibson B25 for her sister around the time it came out in 1964, hoping it'd inspire the sister to learn to play. That didn't happen, so it sat in the closet for 50 years (which is why the color is still so bright) & finally made its way to the used instruments shop in Staunton, VA where I found it in 2017.

Hey Simon. Just finding your note. I think he uses the DADGAD tuning, with the capo on the second fret. There's a tab here: tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/sun-kil-moon/carry-me-ohio-tabs-1071040 , but the easiest way to learn it might be just to watch him or somebody covering him on a video. You'll pick it up in no time :)
