This song is as good as Van Hagar ever got. And this album sounds amazing - they went and hired Glyn Johns to engineer this record - Google THAT guy's resume sometime - and reunited with producer Ted Templeman. What you're hearing is Eddie premiering his newly designed signature guitar AND amplifier, Alex recording on acoustic drums for the first time in a decade, and some seriously great engineering and production.

This album was the debut of not only EVH's brand new guitar at the time (with Music Man), but the first version of his legendary amps (the 5150) as well. That combination is one of my favorite guitar sounds ever put to record because it made the music sound so heavy. The solo in this song is definitely one of my favorites of all time.
