Yes, they need to cool down a bit when the blinds or the battles are on the way. It lacks excitement to the audience. They can prove their talents too and saying they are liable for being a coach in The Voice.
I am impressed with how the band seems to know every song from every genre--and they carefully watch the judge's cues and moves! They are so skilled as well as talented!
Jennifer Hudson and Tom Jones are the high mark for judges who can really move the volume meter to 10. No better than those two aided by will and Olly. Best 4 judges ever on the Voice anywhere globally

Tom Jones in his day had the women crazy. They used to throw their underwear up to him. It was nuts. I can’t believe how strong his voice still is considering his age. He looks great. It’s so fun to see the generations all mixing with each other.

Olly my absolute favorite love his free spirit and his music and personality and his "moves" when singing what a charismatic man and such a sweet soul. I can watch him forever!! He got me from his 1st audition and I'm new to TH-cam so only recently trying to find videos and so enjoying them
This is difficult...they are all super talented, genuine and lovable...the band is phenomenal...i guess my favorite has to be tom singing "cry to me"...lawdy lawdy, have mercy on us...when he sings the line "here i am beeby, come on, cry to me", you can just scrape me off the floor...then the next week, dayam if he didn't do his magic again..."with these hands" , one of his breathtaking "masterpieces" had us all weeping and unglued...tom, thank you for decades of joy through your love of life and God given gift of singing...just keep doing your thing forever ❤❤❤
