from my observation , there were about 60 heavy vehicles and machineries working on scene of WP29 . Compared with WP28 there were only 20++ machineries seen on the scene and most of them were not working . if the wp29 can make the works running , why the PKM has failed to show some comparable progress ? dont tell me the weather problem because wp29 is just beside. another disaster would be WP30 . Both of them are pure local contractor . Kalau expertise tak cukup , why not forming JV to extend the expertise ?

Kalau tgok ni teringat jalan pan Borneo di Sarawak dulu banyak jalan selekoh.. sekarang jalan sdh siap x ada lagi selekoh bahaya

minta maaf cakap, kalau local contr tidak boleh pakai kenapa paksa juga? . apa salah nya bawa masuk kontraktor luar semenanjung, sarawak. Sampai kiamat tidak siap highway tengok kontraktor yang tidak peform begini.

sbb cable . i saw the tender documents with list of quotations , but the company name were hidden. i believe some contractors were bidding with lower value but incomplete job scopes , then requested for VO later on , by delaying the projects.
the penampang flyover projects was a joke. it has turned into a sick project due to needs of additional allocation to relocate the utilities. how come this was not anticipated during the tender process. something very wrong here.
