Guy starts out by mentioning people not having a 3rd grade education then repeatedly mispronounces "education"... Then starts the list with an area no one ever considered to be part of the Orlando Or Tampa metros. Guy is a genius off the rip.

Right? Immediately starts off with the condescending BS. Kinda ironic too,
      considering his GED "edooocation"...😆

Good Evening Jose, some things don't change, My friend you're spot on. When we first moved to Orlando in 89 I remember what our realtor said and today it's the same. We moved to the Dr Philips in the Windermere area. We also considered Williamsburg. We just returned from our Sarasota adventure and visited family in Williamsburg, drove by the old homestead in North Bay off Apopa Vineland near Sand Lake. All is still very nice. Thanks again for your up front and straight forward assessments. Well you know the areas and other stuff to watch for. God Bless and Stay Safe

Pine hills ( crime hills ) has always been one of the worst places to live in Central Florida. Geographically very close to the Disney complex yet a world away in every other way.

The homeless population in Orlando has EXPLODED in the last 5 years. I have season tickets to soccer and you used to be able to go for a walk around the soccer stadium during anytime of the year. Now there are so many homeless in that area it is very dangerous to be there.

Gonna be honest, I expected either Pine Hills in Orlando or Cocoa to be Number 1. I always thought that Cocoa was worse than Titusville, but yeah Cocoa isn't part of the Orlando area. That whole northwest side of Brevard past Viera is really struggling with any kind of growth when compared to the central and southern end of the county. Because of how built up Central Florida is nowadays, it's sometimes hard to tell where the Orlando metro begins and ends. Same thing with the Tampa area. I always thought that Polk county was kind of its own thing, but regardless I still agree with your thoughts on all these places. Most of Lake county when I visited was beautiful but Leesburg is an embarrassment to that area.
Definitely would be interesting to see a Miami area video. SW Florida and The Treasure Coast would also make for some good videos. I don't think the Treasure Coast or South Florida are that bad compared to other parts of the state, but there are definitely some crappy areas like Fort Pierce, Rivera Beach, Miami Gardens, and some of the neighborhoods outside Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Pretty sure a lot of the Jacksonville area would just be a lot of the city itself plus a lot of the more rural communities outside town.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGSAlways a sad vibe when I go there to visit Merritt Island or the beaches. No growth at all. Run down neighborhoods and streets. I'll admit Downtown Cocoa is really pretty and there's some cool shops, restaurants, and bars to check out, but it's only one place. It takes more than just a downtown and being near water to makeup a whole city. Otherwise outside of that there's not anything else to do at all in Cocoa itself. Everything like shopping and more restaurants are over the bridge. Truly a miserable, dead place.

I drove through the Orlando Metro area on Sunday. IT WILL BE MY LAST TRIP THERE FOR A WHILE!! The people are getting ruder and ruder there. The traffic during the day is HORRIBLE especially if you try to move around the suburban parts of the city. A lot of the people residing there now are transplants and migrants with BAD ATTITUDES and they drive cars the same negative way they think. I have been a regular visitor to Orlando for years but I am giving that place a break. The traffic and negativity has gone all the way out to the Kissimmee area. Orlando has completely changed for the worse in the past 5 years. No where to park at the places you might want to go because everyone has already got there before you. Orlando Metro has turned into a traffic and parking nightmare.

Lakeland is its own metro area, look it up,and a lot of the places you mention like on the east coast are not either. If you look up the metro areas on Wikipedia it gives you what they consider the metro area.
