My carousel is stuck on the projector. How can i get it off. It is at slide 74 and i cannot get it to move to zero to get it off.

I have 750H kodak carousel slide projector. A slide is stuck and I cant get the tray to release? Work around?

I cannot get the lock ring to come off. I know u r supported to turn counter clockwise but it will not budge. I have tried using a rubber ring to get as good a grip as I can, but no luck. Do u have any suggestions, pls?
I have a Kodak 750 Carousel. The slides advance forward and backward all lite up but no slide image when slide is is the slot. Any advise, thanks
0:44 Mine doesn't rotate unless you pull on the other metal wire (latch). The part you pulled on is only the return spring for the actual latch.

HAHA- if you cant find your cord, flip it over and open the cord storage area. I just bought one of these on eBay and it was sold as not having power cord. When I got it, it had original instructions and box and I read the instructions and sure enough the cords were in the cord stoarge area. Dumb thing doesn't work, though.
I have a 140 slide tray that I'm trying to seat on a Kodak 4200 Carousel. I flipped the tray over and pulled on the wire latch as you did in your video but the disc won't turn. Any suggestions?

Hi. Our Kodak carousel 600, which hasn't been used in years, has a problem. When turned on, the tray continuously advances and won't stop. The slides do drop down but are immediately pushed back up and the tray keeps advancing. Is this a problem that we can try to fix?

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me with a problem I’m having. I recently bought a Kodak carousel 600. We were able to get it up and running and we can view slides but we can’t seem to get the carousel to turn. There weren’t any remotes with the thing so we manually switch slides but the ‘carousel’ itself won’t flip to the next picture.
Hi Hayden, this is a very common issue with these projectors. There are several plastic parts involved in the slide advancing mechanism that become brittle over years of heating and cooling from the projector bulb.
Unfortunately, the replacement of these parts requires the knowledge of re-calibrating the machine with the replacement parts.

@@lezotscompletecameracenter4022 I had that issue once with someone's 80-slide tray that wouldn't advance for several slides. I was running my railway society's 850H (I also have my own 4600); the issue was the tray. A long row of the lugs under the tray rim had broken off, so there was nothing for the projector mechanism to engage. Afterward I showed the tray owner; he realized he'd have to replace that tray.
I have a kodak carousel 600. the tray advances and the slides drop into the projector, but they pop right back up and do not stay down in the projector to be able to view it. Is this something you have encountered? I just got out the projector and it has probably been 10 years since I last used it.
It does not continuously advance. slide goes down then comes right back up.

You continue to say when it comes back from repair? How about if I just having problems and You also don't show it seating AT ALL. You need to smoke more of what ever your smoking. TOTAL WAIST OF LIFE!
