Hi Randi, We LOVE your informative videos! We purchased a new Little Guy Max recently, and--thanks to you--immediately installed a Froli System (wow!) and upgraded the mattress, which has made all the difference. We are excited to learn about QuickZip sheets, but are concerned the standard Queen size may not be a good fit for our mattress. The mattress dimensions: 57" X 80" X 6" depth. We are wondering what is the size of your mattress, since it looks from the video like the QuickZip sheet fits snugly. We appreciate you! Any advice?
Hi Dennis! I am glad to hear you got a Froli Sleep System! My mattress is a full queen-sized measuring 80"X60". The Quickzip queen sheets are the same measurements and fit mattresses up to 16" deep. They also offer an RV queen size that is 60"X75" but that won't work either. Unfortunately, I am thinking these sheets will probably not be a good fit for your mattress. 😕
@@RandisAdventures Randi, Thank you so much for your reply. If your mattress is a full 60" wide and elevated another 2" or so by the Froli Sleep System, then it can't possibly be more than 4" or 5" in depth. Otherwise, it couldn't fit wall-to-wall in the slanted rear bed space of the Little Guy Max, assuming your plywood bed platform is the same size as mine. Am I correct? Could you kindly let me know the exact depth of your mattress? I'm thinking the depth of the mattress--more than any other single dimension--may determine whether or not the QuickZip sheets will work. Appreciate your help!
I bought a Beddy and like it, but you are right about still having to take off the bottom to wash. My solution, since i already had the Beddy, was to buy a comforter that matched and actually sleep on top of the Beddy with the comforter over me. Then I just unzip the top part of the Beddy to wash. In the winter I use the Beddy on my bed as it's supposed to be used. I love it for that. Maybe some day i will buy the set you have but for now this works well enough.
Hi Cyndi! Thank you for sharing this… that’s what I thought about Beddys Bedding but since so many people like it I wasn’t sure if I was missing something. Sounds like you came up with a great solution! 😁
Finally some sheets that make it easy to make the bed. That is one of the reasons that I bought a bigger camper with a walk around bed. I like that new comforter, it is very bright and cheery!
Hi Deanne! A walk around bed would definitely be an awesome feature! Are you enjoying your new camper? I was really happy with my new comforter… I like bright and cheery! 😁
Thank you for sharing - seems like a real game changer. We were trying to figure out why the Betty System was so great. This seems like a very economical solution!
Thanks so much for your demo! I was having the same thought about Beddys when trying to decide between Beddys and Zip Sheets. I couldn't figure how it was a help if I had to take the whole thing off to wash it! Plus we live & camp in warm climates and Beddys would be too warm. I really wanted a demo/explanation of how you dealt with the top sheet...because I was thinking, it would need to be tucked too! I read all the great and informative comments...I will go with no flat sheet and use a lightweight comforter. Would be so nice if they offered a zip-comforter so the bed would always look neat, with no tucking. Thanks for the info and the video that gets to the point quickly! Good job!
Hello. I am so glad to find someone that has the same thoughts I do about Beddy's!! I just didn't get how they are easier to make a bed.. didn't seem nearly as great as the QuickZip. So glad to know I am not the only one that didn't see the point in Beddy's (besides the cost!). Thank you.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's cool to know we're on the same page about Beddy's vs. QuickZip. Every time I make my RV bed I'm grateful for my QuickZip sheets. :)
We have the Quick Zip for our camper too, and love the ease of laundering. But! I'm frustrated that the duvet and top sheet get all tousled and fall off the end of the bed because my husband is an active sleeper. And it's hard to make up the bed each morning, especially tucking the comforter in against the side stands. I was considering Beddy's but you're right - I can't imagine removing and replacing the bedding every time we camp. My shoulders ache just thinking about it! I wish there was a combination of the two.
Hello Randi from our farm in NH! That sheet set is super cool! Thanks for the demo. I just bought a 4" topper for the queen bed in our tear drop camper. Our camper is smaller. The bed is part of the dining area. We tend to keep it in bed mode for convenience. Just bought a 10x10 cam cube for screened outside dining :-) Happy camping! ~ Diane
I ❤❤❤❤❤ our Froli! I could not believe how much it changed our mattress. We bought it for the condensation prevention but holy WOW on how great the mattress feels!!! Also……I found this video because I want a Beddy but I wash our sheets after every trip so seems like it will only help WHILE traveling as I still have to fight to put it back on after washing. 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve been looking hard at these sheets too. Thank you for your review.

Hi Shelly! The Quickzip Sheets are perfect for home too! You and me have the perfect duo RV bedding system…. Quickzip Sheets + Froli Sleep System = comfort with convenience! 😁
Long time watcher, first time commenter... (we have the LGMRR 22). We had a Tab 320s 19, but had to trade as it was cramped with two older dogs! We decided on the LGMRR after seeing your comparison videos of the Tab400 vs LGM! Thanks for the 15% codes ( we saved close to $100 on both!!!) We purchased the classic bundle quick zip set, and the RV Froli star bed kit! Here's hoping for a cool day to install them both! 🤣🤷 Happy Camping on the trails of life ☘️💫🙏

Hi Diane! I have been looking for RV bedding that didn’t require me to deal with the fitted sheets for a long time now. I was so happy when I discovered the Quickzip sheets! 😁
I actually prefer the Beddy System because i like the fact that when sleeping the sheets cant come off the end of the bed, that is a pet peeve of mine.
Randi, I really enjoy your videos. We just got a 2022 LGM and have had it out 3 times. Love it! I did buy the Beddy's system, but mostly for cold weather camping. We sleep on top in the summer and use a light weight comforter. Do you use just the top Zip sheet and a comforter or the Zip sheet, top sheet and comforter? You would still have to tuck the top sheet in around the bed which is still a pain. A system that would allow you to unzip both the top and bottom sheets would be great! I like your comforter - where did you get it? Is it a queen size? Could you post the place. Keep up the great work!
Wooo Hoooo! Welcome to the family! I have been using the bottom zipper sheet and a comforter. Although the top sheet came with the set I purchased I find it easier to not use it because if I do I need to tuck the sides and that just seems like too much work. 😊 I bought the full/queen-size comforter at Crate and Barrel. Here is a link: www.crateandbarrel.com/peruvian-travel-organic-sunrise-kids-quilt/f1002384 I am really happy with the quality, fit, and design!
It IS a struggle! I agree about Beddy’s. I don’t like the fact that it’s all connected so you’d have to wash that whole thing. Unless I’m missing something, I don’t think it’s great. I’m going to attempt at making my own.
That’s what I thought about Beddy’s Bedding… it defeats the purpose. Thanks for your feedback… it’s nice to get someone else’s input. You must be crafty to attempt to make your own! 😁 Not me, I wouldn’t know where to start. 🤣 Let me know how it goes!
Considered Beddy’s but we are in a hot climate and just thought they would be to much and having to wash it all together didn’t appeal to me. Bought the Quick zip and love them and considering for our home bed since that mattress is getting heavier and heavier!😁
Hi Randy. Thank you so much for your channel full of tips, ideas, and reviews for camping. As a single female camper I appreciate your perspective on usability. This question is about the Froli Sleep System. I have a Murphy bed in my camper. Do you have any information if the Froli stays in place when the Murphy bed is lifted up into storage position and back down into sleep position? My mattress is one full mattress, not a divided/folded mattress parts. I would love to have something more comfortable to sleep on and since I’m full-time I am concerned about moisture and mold. I just don’t know if the Froli will work on a moving bed. Thanks, keep up the helpful videos.
Hi Linda! The Froli spring system can be screwed into place. Exactly why I converted my bed to a single (just me) with two small bench seats. So much easier to make the bed. This looks like a great idea but with pets, I would still want to wash the whole set. And I don’t like having to make up the bed just to sit inside. Ah well, to each his own. Happy sleeping.
I've seen these and they are on my want list as well as the froley system. For now, I require anyone sleeping in the bunkhouse to bring a sleeping bag. I refuse to spend my summer fighting with bunk beds that my guests (aka, grown kids and grandkids sleep on). Nope, this grandma's back can't take it. 😁 I've even given up on making my camper bed. Now every morning I fold the comforter up across the bottom and toss the throw pillows up in place. It looks great and no backache for me. 😁
