5:14 YES! and yes there is an audience! If not so abundant on TH-cam now, I think in the future your audience, specifically for scRNAseq, will only increase! Love these videos!

Hi! I can’t thank you enough for your video. I’m trying hard to get in to this sort research you’re doing and your video was like light at the end of tunnel. Please upload more videos to mentor people like mine from limited resource countries who really are interested to join this intriguing field of research.

    Hi i got confuse with s_obj= CreateSeuratObject(counts = log(counts(sce) +1)), I GOT AN ERROR with Error in CreateAssayObject(counts = counts, min.cells = min.cells, min.features = min.features) :
No feature names (rownames) names present in the input matrix, could you give me a help?

Super helpful considering this is my first time analysing scRNA-seq / snRNA-seq data. Thanks.

Hi! Thanks for the video! Where did you get the marker genes for different cell type?

I basically googled websites that had lists. One site I used was "abcam neural markers guide"

Thanks a lot for the video. I'm a biomedical science PhD student and we have a course on bioinformatics. I couldn't understand anything about a tSNE plot. Now I do! Thanks a million!

Thanks for the vid. What is the typical raw data from a single cell RNA-seq experiment? If I have 10,000 cells, does that mean there is 10,000 Fastq files?

Great video! What is the input to the tsne algorithm? What is it that is clustering?

Could someone provide a link to the actual dataset used? I am trying to follow this tutorial and I have no background in bioinformatics so it is not to easy to follow.
