The Scottish Chronicles Part 1 - In The Beginning...

In this video I go out of my comfort zone, abandoning all of my usual video scenarios to try something different. This video follows me as I travel to Scotland to follow a truly epic 5 day roadtrip , the North Coast 500 (NC500).

Great video..Scotland is indeed breathtaking....i remember taking a quick trip there from London over four days with my wife, it was magic.On the second day we drove from Penrith to Glasgow then past Edinburgh without stopping then past Inverness and finished up at John o groats ...got into our accomodation and i looked out the window at 23.45 it was still broad daylight (we had done this in mid june).Thanks once again for the views the feeling of space is fantastic ...i look forward to your next video...

@@DuncanBaxter have you any plans to go back anytime soon?
I'm up there fairly regularly and I'm doing a lot of cycling there this year, starting next month.
I do think that we live in a well positioned area (I'm local to you) for enjoying the outdoors but I also regret not moving up there when I was younger.
Oh well, Weardale tomorrow and I'll love it! 🙂

thanks duncan for a view of scotland ive never been mate, it was very entertaining and the views were magnificent i thank you for that.im hoping my brother gets back to full health so we can do the trail from allenheads to allendale town a very beautiful seanary hike of about 8 miles, i hope you continue your video hikes over the northeast of england and i hope your doing well.

Thanks, it was something different to what I usually do so was worried how it would turn out, think I done ok in the end. Yes the score is all my own, which was a challenge in itself but it all went together in the end. See what the next video brings...😊
