I recommend Shadow of demise and valera's hollow gift and Kings Spain into this because then you could infinitely get stealth and get a bunch of kings so you can prevent yourself from getting fatigued because this would be assuming that you would run out of cards
Shadow of Demise is already in the deck list and I don‘t see a reason to add Valeera‘s Gift, but I would be happy to hear you thought process. Kingsbane is not needed, as you can prevent Fatigue damage with the Snapshot.
Not sure if it's a bot but there is a quest to play rush and windfury minions for the event so it makes sense people make this deck to complete it. Whether they play it themselves or not is anyone's guess.
I would not add Garrote to this deck, because Sharp-Eyed Seeker would no longer be guaranteed to draw the Snapshot. I experimented with Sinister Strike, but then decided it would be more evil to let Fatigue do the job.

I do hostage rogue with stealth immune kingsbane maestra tess and few class cards but it loses a lot to the elwynn boars

this deck looks aggrssively boring XD the enemy can't do much if he doesn't have tech as you said :)
