@@themanhimself6696 it’s playable but the gameplay is the most boring ever. You basically should stay faster than 1.3M all the time and never head-on with 21bis’s, MiG-23’s and should stay away from A-10’s and A-6E’s. You can outrun any missile except for the 9L/G/H so it’s pretty doable (again, compared to something like Mirage IIIC or F-4C that not only have no flares at ~the same BR but also have pretty low max speed and very bad acceleration)
The Mig-15bis used to be my therapy plane. If I ever had a bad day, I would hop onto WT when I got home and delete planes with it, but out of nowhere I lost the ability to aim the 2x23mm 1x37mm Russian setups for like 6 months, I just stopped playing it. It was agony not being able to use my therapy plane, but the other day, I tried it out of the blue and let me tell ya... I WAS DIALED!!! It is so nice to be able to aim this thing again. The guns do feel a BIT more sparkey than they used to be, which is a bummer, but being able to aim it again was such a win that I don't care.
Lol I could never aim the gun setup so I learned how to aim the airburst rockets, honestly I when I was really into it I would get more kills with the rockets once I learned the explosion distance lol
Both variants of the MiG-15bis have the exact same performance in the game. Those underwing pylons don't generate any drag for some reason, which should be modeled. The Ish variant is therefore p2w - it has the exact same performance as the normal one, has better ordnance, is a premium with a cracked multiplier and most importantly, sits at a lower br.
I split the use of the cannons on those migs. 23mm for most shots and the 37mm when I’ve reeled in my target. Makes the total ammo last much longer and I get to focus on the ballistics of each better.
Aren’t they nearly the same? They have the same muzzle velocity so I’m pretty sure that up to 400m it makes no difference but I’m not sure if it’s even a big difference at longer ranges.
You know, I worried about how my Vampire will perform after they moved migs down, but seeing how almost every match is at least 8.7, I now understand I worried in vain :'-)
Joob could you do a Video on the yak23 and maybe the yak 30 because i never see no one talking about them and i feel like the deserve more love. Idk why they didnt get moced down in br too tbh.
Not gonna lie i despise flying the mig 15 bis the guns are hard to aim the thing is really meh at dogfigthing and the guns spark i really just prefer the G91
