Painting Hot wheels Cars - Plymouth Cuda Endurance Racer Build. Here at Diecast Resurrection we specialize in painting diecast model cars. In today's resurrection I grabbed a Hot Wheels ARR Casting and tried to remake a cool Endurance Racer Hemi Cuda I found on the Net. It turned out pretty slick!

HAppy Sunday Fam !! What do you think of my Cuda, it was a lot of work! Ill be back around these parts in a day or so with another video. Hope you all had a good weekend. 🍺🍺
I'm pumped
I had an idea . Why not try the motley Crue Dr feel-good car. 65 Chevy impala sport coup with primer flames.
What about a totally random build. reach in a box without looking and grab a car then do the same for paint. So random car random colors random number of colors
Too answer your question, I go off the dome. Im not good enough to replicate an existing car
Diecast Resurrection are you up for a build total off the wall I was a owener of a one of a kind truck it was in trucking magazine are you up for a challenge?
You go from strength to strength with your builds, always a pleasure watching your vids, keep up the excellent work mate.
Thanks Drew! I'm still an apprentice, 2 more years of this and I'll be a journeyman! 🍺
The attention to detail like those tail lights is what makes a project stand out. It really looks like the real deal. No more no less then what it needs to look like the real car. Great job ! Thank you for the work !
Iv been watching you for around a year, and I watch your videos when I’m happy but mainly I watch you when I’m upset or angry because you sound so cheerful it makes me happy again
I don't have any inclination to do diecast collecting or modding ; I just get a kick over watching you and a couple of other guys do what you do. I can't say I won't use some of those airbrush and paint techniques for other things though.
Wow, an AR Cuda. Giving off those pure Trans Am days of old. Super cool.
Mopar fan here. Keep 'em coming!
Beautiful. In my top 5 favs of all your builds!
This one was extra amazing
You truly are a Master sir Austin
👍👌😎
The Cuda looks incredible
Spot on that blue so clean and fresh on the white ❤️🇬🇧👍🏻✌🏻🇺🇲
The front splitter is not the best but it's your car, overall it's a great car and can't wait to see more builds
The whole car looks great, but those taillights..................Magnifico!!!!!! super job.
It's all about those vinyls I use!
This one has to be one of your best, everything about it is just perfect, really duplicates the pic of the real cuda
That car is awesome. It’s nice to start with a new car.
Tiny hands can be great, my ring size is 5.5 (16mm) as a middle aged man. I can reach into places in a car that few can without taking apart entire sections. I turned a job that was a full day of having to remove an entire dash to replace a part into maybe a couple of hours of work. This has happened many times. Plus I can wash the inside of a cup.
Amazing work… Glee, glee, glee, glee!
Love the light blues. Your paint jobs look so good, and detailed they easily seem like a 1:12 if not larger.
Badass paint job !!!!!!!!!!!!! MOPAR !!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my favorites to date.
Have to say, you definitely went the extra mile there Austin. Love it.
Thanks! I'm just happy I got away without doing the roll bar hehehe... So far...
@@DiecastResurrection roll bars on that scale? Don't do it, you might not survive.
Stunning looking Racing Cuda Ace , fantastic job 👏 👍
Car looks like it should be stored and kept in a custom fit jewelry box brother. Beautiful work!
Man this is tight. I love the detail you put into these.
Thanks man!
Oh Patron Dakarney now.. I mean Thanks Sir! 🍺 🍺
@@DiecastResurrection yes sir. Love your stuff.
That looks real sharp.
This is SUPER RAD!!!
Straight up excellence.
Another great build. The "wings" on the lower front fenders are called Canards.
Love it
Beautiful!!
Beautiful! Love that blue.
Really loved the Gold Leaf, this one would be a real looker in gold, But... Variety man, dig it.
That is BADASS!!!
OUTSTANDING WORK
Came out beautiful
Beautiful!
Beautiful.
PETTY BLUE!!!!!!!!!
Just fabulous! Cheers
That is an absolutely gorgeous Cuda! :)
Awesome build!!
Looks fantastic
Cool design. Nice to see more Mopars on here. My personal method of customizing is usually to find a prototype car and revise it to make it my own, whether it's colors or graphics. Another great build. Thanks for sharing!
Great attention to detail. Very nice. I applaud your patience.
Looks great!
Really neat.
Hello in the comments! That is one fine looking Cuda
Both I love designing A paint scheme and graphic scheme I also love to mimic People cars Working on Collette Davis's Barbie car right now and Aaron Kaufman's 63 falcon is next your car turned out awesome
Hey Diecast, the 1970 and a half AAR 'cuda's only had a 340 cid 6 barrel or better known as the 340 6 pack, the T/A race cars only had small block V8's for the race, never Hemi's.
On a side note the AAR 'cuda is my dream car, I had a chance to buy one back in 1984 when I lived in Lost Wages (Las Vegas) but I couldn't get it back to my home town because I was moving to Germany soon, so that is maybe the only regret I have in life, not being able to own my dream car!
GREAT JOB FOR THE OTHER AAR TEAM IN 1970 T/A RACE CIRCUIT!!!
MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU COULD DO SUEDE SAVAGE'S AAR AS A TRIBUTE TO A GREAT RACE CAR DRIVER!
The car I used as my guide was a Hemi I dont remember how well that comes across in the video though I was really hungry while I was editing.
Some one fubarred, not you, you just repeated what someone stated but the real 04 T/A racer only had a demilled 318 cid to get the displacement to 305 to 307 cid because of the T/A rules (also Ford couldn't make a light weight small block V8 but their 302's was their go too engine for Trans American Race series) and GM made both 305 & 307 cid engines so the bean counters at T/A chose those engine sizes.
Like I said the 1970 AAR 'cuda is my dream car, I've owned a 1973 340 Barracuda and currently own a 1972 340 'cuda but still would love to own an AAR.
Hell yes! Love this one.
Looking sharp, great work!
AWSOME!!
I'm so excited when your videos come out.

Perfect as always brother!
Top notch work ✊
Stunning! This was a top notch custom. I loved the details you painted.
One of your best to date dude and I've been here since Day 1. Your skill in masking is just superb!
Great work and excellent attention to detail. Heck, just keeping track of what’s blue and what’s white is an achievement.
Nice build, details and paint job 👍👍
Another great vid. Wonderful work!
Sooooo pumped right now
U do great work, this one might b my favorite. Love the little sparkle in the blue
The very first model I ever worked on was Richard Petty's early 70s car. I was around 6-7 yo and did it with my grampa. This color blue has a very special place in my heart. She turned out amazing bro. Love. Love. Love it!
That is awesome, fantastic job Bro.
👏👏👏 Verry nicely done! 👌😎 👍
Hello in the comments. Anything else you want us to say? That was a really cool paint job.
Great choice using an AAR 'Cuda.
The 'Cuda looks great. Another great build. As far as building cars go I build what Im interested in at the time. I just finished building a A100 pulling truck and then jumped over to Rally cars (think Lancia Stratos). I will/am building dioramas to go with the Rally cars as well (I will work on one with my pulling sled (Matchbox) for my pulling trucks as well. Like I said though, The 'Cuda looks great and its cool you matched a 1:1 car. Keep up the great work and we'll keep watching
Great build my friend. Super Nice details
Bro that looks amazing! I would love to have even half the talent you got!
Always look forward to your videos !! Great job and keep up the good work !
We haven't seen a bad one yet, once again a in awesome work, just like real one👍✌😎
That looks fantastic. The taping process kills me in patients, but I need to get it down in order to get my straight racing lines on.
Keep ur stick on the ice and keep up these awesome restos
Amazing job dude! I'm so glad you've been back doing videos!
Thanks Brian, I plan to really get things going this year!
It's a beauty this one. Love it when you do some customizing. Reminds me of your styrene cutomes !
Nice Job
