The shadows are deeper, the coloring in general is changed, there are some shots here and there that are zoomed in or redrawn, like kakashi's hair on the wiring, and such. Very cool Naruto, very cool.

Here is the difference on 1st and 2nd version
The sky color is changed they added more shadow to feel more realistic
They fixed that cursed Naruto's "Come On" face
Fixed Sakura and Sasuke's face
Polished and zoom in/out camera shots
Remove the pupils on Naruto when he falls.
