I went back over the video and I can hear myself fine. What part couldn't you hear?

Maxed out the volume output on my phone but the same issue, I would only be able to hear the video properly with headphones to cancel out any background noise or if I hold the phone against my ear

i think one suggestion here is to always make sure background music is well lower than speaking voice.
certain speakers just garble it up and make it hard to understand
