Idk what was funny in the video, I wish you would have just told us what you wanted to say instead of laughing for 2 minutes and making assumptions about ST fans. Sleep Token is extremely deep. Their whole discography is a story, like books and each song is like chapters. The singer wrote all the lyrics, played all the instruments except for drums in the studio. The bass player and guitar player are only foe their live shows, so the drummer and the singer did all the recording. The story is about toxic relationships and heartbreak. So each song is deep and has meaning. The singer is called Vessel, and he's one of rhe best singers out there. Y'all are obviously high, but you should listen to the songs when you are straight and really listen to what he's saying. We "Worship" because they're damn near a religious experience when you FEEL what the music and lyrics are about. Check out Granite, Chokehold, Vore or aqua regia. Those are all great choices. ✌️

Sleep token is one of my favorite bands, but I understand it may not be for everyone. Give Granite a try. It may be more up your alley.
What made me laugh was the ascend part. Like a dude about to jam something in his ass end
The lyrics make way more Sense when you think about it from the perspective that vessel has written this band around a lore. The story is that a god named sleep took over vessel and he fell in love with her, while she's just using him to her advantage. There's a whole trilogy written about it, and this song is pretty much 85% of the way through the story. Vessel starts to understand that he'll never gain live love from sleep and he's starting to be more powerful than her. When he says "you're gonna watch me ascend", he's saying she's going to be able to do nothing but watch as he overtakes her in power.

This is the problem with some (if not most) ST fans on TH-cam. They can't take any criticism or other reaction that isn't the same as their own. How are people commenting about this being a bad reaction 2 minutes in, when I am 8 minutes in and they've been able to decipher the lyrics almost to a T that some other fanboy channels haven't been able to do. Yeah the laughing at the end went on for a long time, but I could hazard a guess and say they initially laughed at the "watch me ascend" lyric as if it was some sort of sexual innuendo which would make any bro laugh.
ST are my no.1 band atm and their live show at Wembley made me even more of a fan, but it's disappointing to see how some "fans" react to different opinions. And to Carrie in the comments, there is a reason why there are "assumptions" about ST fans - it's because there are hundreds of comments knocking other peoples opinions with the constant fanboy behaviour in almost every reaction video ever. Those assumptions didn't just come out of the woodwork randomly.
